Can't understand the bad review. That person must have been antagonistist. I saw the car I liked Thursday evening and phoned Liam who was very helpful and held the car for me to view next day. I visited the showroom to be met by Gary who was lovely. Test drove the car with my Wife who absolutely loved it. The price was fantastic compared with other dealers. Not only that Gary let us have the car immediately and sorted the paperwork so we could drive it home. He wants it back soon so that he can carry out a free service and MOT which is standard for LDY. (plus a courtesy car.) Absolutely brilliant. Thankyou LDY.

Having spent alot of time on the internet looking at cars I found one at LDY Cars and from the time that I emailed them they could not have been more helpful. I would not have any problem recommending LDY Cars to anyone. Gary was great and nothing was a problem. All the staff were very friendly. I have recently purchased my second car in 16 months from LDY Cars in Torquay. I have been very pleased, the staff I dealt with were very accommodating and I will be recommending them. The previous review is nothing like my own experience. 5 STARS.

The reviews for LDY Cars Torquay I suspect are not genuine based on my experience with them. They previously traded under the name 'Liam Yekta Cars' and were based in Dawlish. I am under the impression that after trading standards were alerted to their transactions, they soon shut up shop and relocated renaming their business to LDY Cars Torquay. The after sales provision offered is non-existent, even when purchasing a higher level of warranty, they are not interested. The reviews for their previous company had tens of people not happy after discovering problems within hours with their cars, yet LDY Cars Torquay would become threatening and abusive. Go to a reputable company is my advice, save yourself the heartache and stress that this car dealer seems to love dishing out.

Brought a car for my daughter from them which has been an excellent car. They gave it a full service and it even came with half a tank of fuel which has to be a first for me (especially from a car dealer). Great after sales service too and it seems that nothing is a problem for them. I will recommend them to my friends and family due to the service I received from them.

Excellent selection and very pleased with the service. The car I purchased, had a slight problem. I was offered a similar rental and the problem was fixed ASAP. No quibbling. The car has been great since. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. B-)
