Dear Keely McMaster Thanks for you're unjustified review on our business, You did make enquiries on this vehicle but decided not to reserve it for yourself as wanted to view in person first and that is perfectly acceptable. There was not any finance agreement in place as we checked prior to making a price change. The reason behind the increase was our preparation team advised we should change the timing chain due to a rattle and we have now authorised the work to be carried out. Due to the extra cost we have unfortunately encountered a price rise on the vehicle in question. I would have explained this on the call but you ended it abruptly. I can only apologise for the inconvenience but I'm trying to do the right thing and sell quality reliable cars. Thank you Lease cars direct LTD

Found this company on eBay and checked out reviews which was very good, I bought a Toyota CHR which was at a very reasonable price, I had very good communication with Ben who was great to deal with, who helped make the whole process a good experience, I part exchanged my older car which reduced the price a bit which was good, they sort out all the paper work as well as any tax refunds, I will definitely use again and recommend to others as I think people need more companies like this that actually care about continuous business, hope everyone who sees this will find what they are searching for and good hunting, but try this company first,

This was the 1st time I have ever bought and paid for a car online without seeing or driving it and I was very nervous to say the least. Ben was a gent to deal with from the off and if I had any questions or concerns he dealt /responded to them very quickly. From viewing the car to taking delivery of it today took about a week and it was an effortless smooth transaction. The car is as described and it looks and drives lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to my friends and family if they wanted a decent 2nd hand car. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience …..👍👏🏻

I buy loads of cars from Ben & Becky at lease cars direct. I called late on a Friday evening reserved the car as always, All paper work was emailed the next day. Volvo delivered to my house within 24 hours. As always 10/10. Cheapest and best quality cars for sale. Thanks Dave

I live nearby so I was able to inspect the car before parting with my money. But I can reassure anyone buying from a distance that Ben’s descriptions are totally reliable. I bought a top spec car in overly condition for what I feel was a reasonable price. Ben has been friendly, straightforward and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

For those concerned in buying a higher mileage car think of it this way, your stereotypical car that has travelled 12 to 14,000 miles per annum by the lady or gent average going back and forth to work or even just taking the children to school and Tesco's etc will have a very hard life indeed. Kids in, kids out, B&Q today, Homebase tomorrow, park here, park there, clutch usage and brakes alone will take a hammering and some people seem to think this is the perfect car for them! However knowing cars and car performance, a car that travels in 5th or 6th gear along a motorway with only a suit jacket and a briefcase in the back is less abused than one used around town for short stop start journeys!
