Recently got my Ford Mondeo from Lease Cars Direct delivered and its great! After a few chats with Ben about the car, I was happy to purchase even tho I had never seen the car; it arrived on time by the loveliest man, who truly went above and beyond for me a real credit to your business, you see I'm not very tech savvy so wasn't sure who to set up my phone on to the bluetooth, but he was kind enough to do that for me, he gave me a detailed run down of the car and gave me a real VIP experience. Since its been delivered, I have had absolutely no issues and it does the job perfectly - I would defiantly buy from Lease Cars Direct again.

When I first drove off in my Ford Focus from Lease Cars Direct, there was a a couple of issues with the car. But I got in touch with the staff there and they were ever so polite and eager to help me. They got the car back and resolved all the issues so quickly. Since getting the car back it has been running a dream and I am very happy.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ben and i cannot express how satisfied i am with the entire process.Fantastic service throughout.Ben was easy to talk to and i did not feel rushed to make the purchase. I couldn’t view the vehicle in person due to distance and had to view via a video call.He was very honest about the blemishes on the car which to be fair was not noticeable.Car arrived exactly as described(immaculate!)Doesnt look like it’s been driven before.,Car is lovely,granted it’s early days.Grateful for the smooth experience .Cheers and would highly recommend.

Recently purchased our 3rd FORD MONDEO from this small company, Faultless. honest and always the cheapest in the UK. He sells high mileage well maintained cars. Cutthroat approach but has a very good business model. In my opinion is very fair compared to majority of car dealers. 🤩

For those concerned in buying a higher mileage car think of it this way, your stereotypical car that has travelled 12 to 14,000 miles per annum by the lady or gent average going back and forth to work or even just taking the children to school and Tesco's etc will have a very hard life indeed. Kids in, kids out, B&Q today, Homebase tomorrow, park here, park there, clutch usage and brakes alone will take a hammering and some people seem to think this is the perfect car for them! However knowing cars and car performance, a car that travels in 5th or 6th gear along a motorway with only a suit jacket and a briefcase in the back is less abused than one used around town for short stop start journeys!
