I took my S5 to Leicester Audi with an issue with the SOS system. The issue was resolved swiftly, efficiently, and with top class service. The service from the client facing staff at Leicester Audi was some of the best I’ve ever been lucky enough to have in any car repair experience. The brilliant professionals are caring, courteous, considerate and thoughtful, as well as brilliant at their jobs. Genuinely lovely people whom really care about ensuring you walk away with the technical issues resolved and a positive experience to boot. They were in touch regularly with updates on the work’s progress, which was a significant job, and kept me well informed throughout. The issue itself was resolved and the car handed back in beautiful condition having benefited from a top class valet. It was almost like driving away a new car again at the end of the experience. I can’t thank the team enough for turning what I had thought was originally going to be a nightmare into a genuinely positive experience. Absolute first class five star service from fantastic people. I enquired about the explore Q2 SUV, the sales rep was very informative and answered all my questions. I felt like I was respected and wasn't treated any different to the male customers there. Sometimes it can be daunting going to a car dealership as a female, but I was made to feel comfortable from the minute I stepped in.

Ordered an RS Etron GT in March 2021. Delivery expect end of August/Early September. Delayed over and over again almost no communication unless I chased. Newest delay - Production! Starts in March 2022. Car expected to arrive now in May 2022. 14 months, completely ridiculous, blaming the chip shortage yet offering new sales for arrival in April/May. It’s like our order wasn’t even processed. Shocking, barely an apology just oh there’s a chip shortage… they knew that when we ordered.

I purchaed a new Etron 50 from Sytner in Leicester on 18th Dec 2020 and on the second day realised that something was severely wrong with the car as the maximum range we could attain was 88 miles. We contacted them after 5 days and they literally washed there hands of us. They eventailly asked for the car back to run tests and they should no issues which of course cant be true. The sale guys expressly told me to cancel the finance as the rejection would be ok, how ever the dealer Sytner Group id refuusing to take the car back. I have asked them to show me the AUDI UK correspondance which they are refusing to do. i have no alternative but to issue legal proceddings against the dealer Sytner and Audi UK. Do not trust this dealer or any of its staff. I have ownerd and purchased over 18 new Audis over the last 15 years for my wife and I and cant belive how unprofessional and agressive this dealer is with a car that is clearly not fit for purpose.

I bought an E-tron 50 from here myself, they were upfront and honest with the range. Told me what I could expect and couldn't have helped more. If you did the research I did before purchasing I knew what to expect with Battery car anyway. A couple of issues with the car but hey couldn't be more helpful.
need some warranty work done for around a year on a car supplied new by them but told no loan cars available, after a objection told its due to covid and the sytner group policy as they are following government guidance!!!! so maybe all other dealers and hire companies are breaking gov guidance ??? i have waited hoping covid would of gone away by now and car only done 3000 miles, but still no loan car,so asked audi uk on facebook who advise that by law they don't have to, and recommended another franchise, AND I HAVE THE REPLY TO PROVE IT ! it is purely a way of using covid as a money saving excuse, i got over it and excepted this fact only to be told by a friend had a loan car from a different sytner outlet ! not amused i went on their trust pilot review site to find some sytner outlets give them, if the face fits at other sites you can have one ?!! go figure
They lost the locking wheel nut key at the last service when the front tyres were replaced and would not accept responsibility for it. Would not replace FOC with a good will gesture. Therefore, all future servicing will NOT be carried out at this Dealership. If it was possible to issue no stars they would definitely qualify. Avoid This Dealership like the plague!

I had just bought a new 70 plate Audi A3 from Leicester branch l noticed the hazard lights were not working after a week just noticed the driver seal not put on correctly they give you a check list but l highly doubt they do any checks at all l hope Audi chef executive reads these reviews because no one seems to take it seriously at Audi I don’t think it even deserves one star
We had a car taken to Audi Leicester for a warranty on a part. They had the vehicle for three weeks with limited updates on the vehicle, we were told it was a seal fitted incorrectly, vehicle returned after being charged for this diagnostic to find out water pump had completely failed. Complaints via phone and email and an invoice for the cost of having the work corrected have been sent however no reply back. This will be going to a small claims court
