I purchased my new car in August had quite afew problems with it back and to to Audi, without Dave Turney The sales Man i would of gave my car Back, i will say 5* are not enough for Dave he should be getting 10* absolutely amazing person he is at his job, they would be lost in Audi without him, Dave thank you so much i apperciate everything you have done for me i would highly recommend you to my friends & family
Absolutely awful customer service at Liverpool Sabdhills Audi. I just purchased a new Q4 and had trouble setting up my Audi app. The receptionist who took my name and number down was rude abrupt and stated curtly someone will call me back but they never did. I contacted Audi Hitachin where purchased my Audi Q4 and they resolved my Audi App issues quickly, professionally and were very friendly. This isn’t the first time I had noted how rude and unprofessional Audi Liverpool have been to me. Very disappointing for a high class car brand £££.

The Q2 I had bought new from Jardine Motors had a safety recall and was collected from my home in Southport. It was returned a few hours later having been valeted. The customer care I received was outstanding and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to all concerned. John Gargon
I went in with my partner who was going to help finance my car and give me general support in choosing a vehicle as he was already a long term Audi customer. Although my partner made it clear that he wanted me to choose my car/deal, he had every right to be there & ask questions on my behalf. I got sat down with a man called Ian and I can honestly say he was the rudest and unprofessional person I’ve come across. You could just tell by his whole demeanour that he could not be bothered. Any question I asked he kept making me feel awkward by stressing “you can find this all online” “you can just do this online” in a irritant tone as though I was just going to walk out & go online when I was right there sat down with a salesman who could help me. Both myself and my partner felt extremely uncomfortable from the get go, like we were and inconvenience to him, baring in mind, he's job offer customers his service. I was clear I wanted a car that suited me, not Ian, me. Regardless, he kept pressuring me into a car he preferred with engine specs. His famous quote "but we're not comparing apples to oranges here" When my partner could see him ignoring my preferences he helped out & Ian eventually got irritated & shouted “you’re not even buying a car” & my partner explained he was about to finance my car & that he had every right to help his partner navigate their way through a process he's already been through himself. Ian was not focused on the questions my partner, who so rightly was entitled of asking and may I just add, about Audi products. Therefore, my partner kept on having to direct Ian back to the original question(s) Ian should have been trained to answer in a professional manner. It was exhausting for my partner. Things then quickly escalated and then Ian shouted over the table at my partner “what car have you even got? A Mercedes? A Vauxhall? Who knows”. The environment was so tense, aggressive & so strange. The hardest part was when we’d disagree with something bizarre Ian would say, in shock we’d instantly clarify what he’d just said & Ian would deny saying it. What's even worse is that Ian had the nerve to turn around and say that we were "going off on tangents" when we asked about the Audi paint protection. We couldn’t believe it. It’s an Audi product in direct relation to the item we’re buying. Then when It had practically turned into an argument Ian shouted at my partner “are you just hear to argue” even though it was Ian who was just escalating everything while my partner was de escalating & realigning the conversation after Ian spun confusion throughout it coming out with bizarre accusations & then forgetting about what he just said when my partner would quote him for clarification on the peculiarity. Ian clearly saw a young female who didn’t know much about cars and thought he could pressure me into something I didn’t want & when he didn’t get his way he got aggressive. I’m so glad my partner was there to stop it but devastated for him at the same time because he was excited to bring me into Audi & buy me my first Audi, a car company he’s passionate about & it went down like this.
Poor Service / Communication Raised my order for an Audi Q4 in May 2022 and was advised a 12 to 16 month timescale for taking delivery. Matthew confirmed my deposit would be refunded if the order needed to be cancelled as demand for the Q4’s was huge. In June 2023 circumstances changed due to a new job which wouldn’t work with a 200 mile range electric vehicle. I advised Liverpool Audi the order is cancelled which I thought would be fine based on previous conversations as I wasn’t due to take delivery towards the end of July anyway. After requesting a refund of my £500 deposit and chasing up over several phone calls since the beginning of June, today Jordan advised me my deposit will not be returned as the vehicle has been on site since December. The lack of communication and call backs is shocking - each time I’ve called the likes of Dominic and Ciaran assured me I would get a call back. It should not take a month to decide if my deposit wouldn’t be returned and this is contrary to what I was told at the time of ordering anyway!
Worse place to go went there to look at buying a car waited in the showroom for 20mins at this point no one came to see what I needed most of the salespersons walk around like there to good to talk to you and finally someone came to me told him what I wanted and hiS words were come back in six months for a better car so I just walked out and Liverpool Audi lost a customer would not give this stuck up dealership any business.
Worst service i've ever received, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you expect minimum customer service standards.
Leased a car from here, was told I’d get the Audi Experience. First problem is they didn’t turn up with my car, when called they said they didn’t realise I was getting it delivered to my home. (I mentioned it lots of times to turn). Had to get a taxi to the dealer but they promised me a full tank of petrol. The salesman wasn’t in and passed to a colleague who kept me waiting 35 mins only to offered me the car without the petrol. Then took another 20 mins at the petrol station and came back with his lunch, gave me the keys and said there you go. Is that really ‘the Audi experience’ very very poor experience
I purchased my 12 month old Audi A1 from jardinie motors at Liverpool Audi. The initial sale went well and I was happy with the deal we had made. There were some scratches on the car, but the sales executives guaranteed me these would be sorted before I collected the car, which was reassuring. I had asked doe a spare wheel due to inflation kits not being successful in the past. On collection day I arrived and the sales executive was off I’ll, so his colleague and manager dealt with me. On inspection of the car, you could easily see the scratches still visible as if they hadn’t been touched, when I questioned this, Gareth said he was sorry and to be honest the smart repair guy they use is rubbish, so he said he would book it in at Audi nearer to my home. There was no spare wheel as promised and the manager apologised and said it had been oredered and they would get it to me ASAP. It came to light that figures were wrong and Audi owed me just over £200 back on initial deal, 4 weeks on and a lot of chasing, I have still not had this refund. 4 weeks on and a lot of chasing, I received the spare wheel yesterday. After a lot of chasing I have the car booked in on the 17th sept to have the paintwork done as promised. For 4 weeks I have been battling to get this all sorted, which should of been done for collection, it has been horrendous and after the manager giving me his word and reassurance that this was all sorted and ordered, it actually was not and was confirmed by the Audi dealer who is carrying out the smart repair. The whole experience with Liverpool Audi has been horrific and the original sales executive, returned of the sick to then have to pick up the pieces and sort everything out, and I don’t blame him, as he was ill, I blame his colleagues and manager, who should have something in place for eventualities like staff sickness happening and having someone to step in, fully and deal with clients. Not once have I had any contact in the way of an apology from the manager, Mr Howard, over the poor service and communication (in-responded to emails) for the stress, hassle and lies I have been given during the last 4 weeks.
