I arrived at Mercedes Liverpool yesterday to have a look at a new car and I was greeted by the lovely Mia who was so professional, lovely and down to earth, we went on a test drive of the car I was interested in and Mia answered any questions I had. I then went back into the shop where we went through prices ect.. and the prices were unbeatable. I have now ordered my car and I am very happy with the service that was provided. Mia was great!! Looking forward to going back to collect my new car.

I bought a car in 2021 which soon developed a Nox sensor fault. This was in warranty and was told I will have to wait as they had none and they will be in touch. This could take 6 months. Now they have them in stick I am told the part is no longer under warranty and they won't fix the issue. What the hell!
Sold me a car for £38,000 second hand with only 85000 miles but the tyres were not roadworthy I complained after my garage told me they all needed changing they took it back and told me they had replaced two new tyres on the front I just had a problem with a slow puncture and my garage now informs me the front tyres are NOT new and the back tyres are cracked all over and should have been replaced too I am disgusted I have had a foot operation which meant I could not drive for two months and then my husband sadly passed away so I have not been back but they told me lies and did not in anyway impress me with their service centre I do not trust them to service my car in future and paid for extra services Angela Cantor
Mothi was so helpful, personable and polite during our visit to Mercedes-Benz Liverpool. He greeted us in a lovely, friendly manner and arranged a test drive of 2 cars within minutes of us arriving. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Unsurprisingly other reviewers mentioned how awful us the interaction with James. Very poor quality of service. Substandard level of input quality I have been with Mercedes Benz for over a decade especially for the customer service experience Mercedes Liverpool operates at the lowest standards- no value for money ., James represents the essence of the cheap car dealer

Stephen Baker was very professional and friendly
Ruined my wheels and admitted this before saying they had repaired them. I got there they hadn’t repaired and then refused to. Avoid. James and service manager need customer service training
