I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Loft and Son Trading in Nottingham and I am very pleased with my purchase, the car is running well and has no issues. Kirk was very informative and friendly throughout the whole buying journey. He answered all my questions and he gave good solid advice. He also did everything that I wanted, such as checking the car's history, servicing the car and arranging the paperwork. He even let me take the car for a test drive before buying it, which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend these and I would definitely use these again when i'm ready to upgrade my car.

My husband dealt with the sale for the most part but from what he has mentioned, the process was faultless. The car is used daily and it has been a dream to drive.

I have to say, this wasn't the first dealership that me and my daughter visited but it was definitely the last. We were looking for the perfect car for my daughter and unfortunately, we had a lot of time wasters, as the cars we did see were in horrible condition and really not fit for roads to be honest. Once we visited Loft & Sons and we spoke to Kirk, it was like a breath of fresh air. He was so polite, professional and all round an amazing guy to deal with from start to finish. Even when we had a small issue after we drove away with the car, Kirk was quick to get it in a garage and took care of all the repairs. What a fantastic little Zafira! I was in urgent need of a car as mine had been written off not too long ago and I was in need of a daily car quick. This was also the first time I purchased a car blind, after only seeing it online. I can't remember the lad's name who answered when I enquired about the car, but he was great to deal with, helping to answer all my questions and really putting my mind at ease when buying a car without even seeing it. I wasn't in when the car was delivered but the wife said that the gent was good as gold and helped to talk my wife through the controls. I’ll give them their due, as the customer service was amazing. If I was to buy a car blind again, I wouldn't take that risk with another dealer, I would come straight back to this dealership.

I would highly recommend Loft and Son after purchasing my Peugeot from them recently. The Peugeot is a great car for everyday driving and It is also eco-friendly. Kirk was very professional and helpful, he let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted to, without putting any pressure on me to buy it, he answered all my queries and explained the features and benefits. I bought my BMW from Loft and Son, I had not used them before. I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They were a good bunch of lads, very friendly, helpful and honest. They showed me around, helped me find the right car and they made sure I was 100 percent happy before leaving their premises. It really was a top service provided to me by these guys.
