The lady in the service reception is not listening, very arrogant
Bought an approved used car from them, when I took it home the suspension was faulty, I was told that's just how they rest lol. After pushing hard the service team identified that the entire rear suspension needed changing and wanted to charge me £2500. I'd only had the car a week. It was clearly not checked thoughroughly. The service dept and entire servicing experience is a joke, no comms between departments and you can barley ever get through to service dept for updates or call backs. I waited 3 weeks to book my car in for break pad replacement and dropped the car off at 08.00, they did literally nothing and i was left without the repair done and no chance of a booking for another month. They literally couldn't care less. Absolulety shocking sevice level for a premium brand.

Advertise servicing options in prepaid plans then don't deliver. Poor quality parts in vehicle purchased. Rasing issues is pointless as there's a culture of ignoring them, poor customer service and non existent service recovery. Consistently unresponsive with no attempt to dispute the points raised in numerous negative reviews. Any response from lookers
They want you in and out as quick as possible and don't really care what you are looking for in a car. They will provide your their recommendation purely based off what you have seen in the lot and what they can get you to take away in the next week. When raising concerns or questions they are brushed aside with half truths rather than facts and proper legwork to answer or respond to your question. They truly live up to the historic stereotype of car sales people, with no regard to the customer just their commission and targets. And don't get me started on after sales. When pointing out to the salesman MATT that he had misinformed us that the optional extra we wanted was not available to order, he admitted he got it wrong and then went on to say well we (Lookers) will just provide some evidence that we have not mis-sold and you will just have to accept the car anyhow in a few weeks. Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 is a joke to this team and unless Mercedes or Lookers regional teams start to look into why all 10 of the reviews this year on Trustpilot are 1 or 2 stars, and Gatwick Mercedes has the lowest Google rating of all the Lookers dealerships in the south of England. Their reputation as a premium brand is in shambles. WILL PROVIDE AN UPDATE ONCE MATTER IS RESOLVED.

Collected car and within 2 hours it broke down, with 2 different types of warning lights flashing up – when I called the dealership they told me to call roadside assistance who identified a serious malfunction. I do not believe the appropriate checks were made to ensure the vehicle was road worthy/of satisfactory quality etc – asked for the diagnostic report for the tests undertaken by them before I picked the vehicle up, nothing was ever shared with me. Also false advertisement – stated 1 previous owner, when in fact it was 2. They also lied to me when I queried this. Advert also stated fuel type Petrol no mention of Mild hybrid anywhere. Having all this information would have seriously impacted my purchase decision. When I returned the car they then went on to falsely advertise on Lookers website again. Customer service throughout has been appalling – had to constantly chase for information and updates and never received a reply or acknowledgment from the Sales exec. Was told the car would be collected, repaired and returned to me on the Monday (having first collected the car on the Saturday) - this did not happen, instead the General manager dodged my calls and got his junior to call me back who wasn’t able to give me any updates. This has wasted so much of my time, having had to return the car and end my agreement. To say I’m disappointed and frustrated and massively inconvenienced by the whole situation is an understatement. This sort of behaviour and false advertising is disgraceful. Buying from a Mercedes Benz dealership I expected a high level of quality, professionalism and good customer service, I received none of these things. Would never buy a Mercedes again, zero trust in the product, brand – especially the staff! Absolutely disgraceful!

Totally unprofessional, These are a bunch of money sucking people who has no idea about customer service. I took my car for a check as the engine light was on & off. They identified problem with seatbelt and refused to give me a quote as the service department were on the lunch break. SO they said I will receive a quote, but never did. I called them again and they said they will pass on and i will hear from them. Yes, you guessed right. Never heard from them. Then I booked a test drive for a new car 2 weeks in advance. I arrived there , The person that arranged the meeting was engaged (totally unacceptable), Someone else appeared and told me that the car that I wanted to test is sold and they did not bother to let me know (they said that they called me in the morning but had no missed call or massage). This place should be investigated by authorities as totally rogue business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE PLACE.

I have used come to Mercedes gatwick for the past 3 of my cars. My previous PCP agreement was coming to the end, I wanted to change model and go for a cheaper price due to the cost of living. I spoke with justin and within days I was walking out with a brand new car, cheaper than my previous agreement and the car matched all my requirements. Great service provided ans anlways Justin even checked in with me a week later to ensure I still liked the car and there wasn’t any issues. I would strongly advise speaking with justin if you are looking for someone that cares about what you want and will go the extra mile to get you what you want. 👍🏻

The booking system is very efficient and speaking to Service Representatives over the phone always polite and beneficial. For many years Jamie Wear has been my contact for Service work and we have built up a professional rapport. He is always charming and informative about any work that needs doing or has been completed. Highly recommended.

As ever, the Mercedes team of Gatwick at Crawley, has been prompt, professional and friendly. Their booking system is excellent, and they have given me advanced notification of my servicing & MOT dates, they even were accommodating when I wanted to leave my car a day early. It was easy to access the Crawley site and the staff were polite and knowledgeable. The vehicle was booked in as promised and returned to me on time. The entire team, from the Service Receptionist to the Servicing Manager have been thoroughly professional. A big thank you from me.
