I was a bit nervous putting my trust into the Passat I bought but I am pleased to report that it got us to Dartford and back with out a single problem, it was actually a really lovely car to drive and I very much enjoyed it. There were no hiccups when making the purchase and everything was timed just perfectly so we never were without a car after selling out old one. The car was cleaned up and looking fantastic when we collected it.

Sadly the initial car I bought from Lottbridge Motoring Centre wasn't up to scratch. I discussed what I had found with the car and they addressed it straightaway. They allowed me to exchange the car for another which has proven to be much more suitable and does what we need it to do. Throughout the experience, even during the issues everything was handled so smoothly. The guys were first class and I have most definately not been deterred from buying another car here.

The salesman who I dealt with in particular knew the ins and outs of the car and explained all functions to me clearly. The car appeared to have received a very thorough valet prior to the purchase, it was gleaming!

The gentleman I dealt with at Lottbridge Motoring Centre was such a nice guy. I felt so comfortable through out the whole process. I have put my Audi A1 to good use from the get go and I must say it is lovely to drive and I haven't had any problems with it.

I cannot praise them enough at Lottbridge Motoring Centre. I was treated so well, they are incredibly professional and courteous. I absolutely adore my little Yaris. The only problem I have had with it is the radio but the kind gentlemen here are taking care of that for me which I am so grateful for. I have not a single hesitation that I would return here and I have already recommend to anyone who will listen! I don't think you will find better service.

One word springs to mind when I try to describe my car buying experience with LMC and that is PERFECT! I can't think of a single thing more I could have wanted from them to improve my overall experience. They were very thorough and helpful. The Zafira purchased is just as described and there have been no unwanted surprises.
