Buying my car was a really easy and quick process the guys really looked after me and were really friendly and easy to talk to. I really enjoy driving my Vauxhall Insignia, its perfect to handle and so smooth on the roads. I highly recommend and I will be back at Lottbridge motoring centre when I'm ready to upgrade the Insignia.

I visited LMC to view a selection of cars and the salespeople there were great. There was such a nice relaxed atmosphere and no pressure to buy a vehicle. I looked at my own leisure knowing there was a team of people ready to help me when and if I was ready. I decided to down size and went for a little Clio and I am so pleased I did, this little car is wonderful and it is saving me a fortune in petrol at the moment. Its lovely and smooth and very easy to navigate the features and functions. I would recommend this to anybody wanting a smaller but smart car.

My Aygo is fantastic, it is full of mod cons! I am especially fond of the reversing camera, now that is a game changer! Everything about the car is perfect, I am totally over the moon with it. I am really pleased with the customer service the team at LMC provided, I left there with a spring in my step, the team there are infectiously upbeat and pleasant to deal with. I cannot stress enough how thrilled I am with Lottbridge Motoring Centre as a business, the customer service and the courtesy the staff showed me is outstanding. The Qashqai I purchased seemed to show a bit of an issue one week after I purchased it, I contacted the dealership and they arranged a time for me to bring it down and set me up in a courtesy car. Fast forward a day or two, they contact me to say that for the work the car requires they were sending it to Nissan itself and that they would cover the costs and extended the use of the courtesy car. They have been better than I ever expected! My Qashqai has been back with me for over a month now and I love it! They have made sure the car is back to full health, its perfect. Its so easy to drive and really behaving itself. I feel like you often see bad press around dealerships but then you come across a place like this and you cannot say a single bad word. Just so easy going and great service. I really appreciate how well I was looked after! these guys deserve 10/5! Double points! Without a shadow of a doubt I will be buying from here again, in the safest of hands.

I have always had pleasant experiences with Lottbridge's dealership, I purchased my most recent car and the car prior to this one with them. This time I went for a Mini and it is immaculate, it is such a flawless example of an older style Mini. I saw a few familiar faces when I visited for the second time and just as before everyone was friendly and polite, a couple of them even remembered me. I love that I have found a reliable kind dealership, I won't be going anywhere else.
