The customer service from the team at this dealership was incredible. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, and the delivery of my car arrived when they said it would. On handover, my VW Golf was in immaculate condition and gleaming; the valeter did a really good job of things, and it looked like my car had just come from a main showroom. A solid five-star experience. 

I am writing this review to share my phenomenal experience with this car dealership. My nephew, who had previously purchased his car from this dealership, recommended them to me. He had nothing but praise for the quality of service and the wide range of vehicles available, which led me to make the decision to pay them a visit. I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I owned a Berlingo Van previously; it was a reliable vehicle, but the insurance was quite costly. To my delight, the Mini I chose was much cheaper to insure. From the initial recommendation to the final purchase, every step was handled with utmost professionalism. I am thoroughly enjoying my new car, and everything about my experience at Lowton Motors was perfect.

The staff were so friendly and put my mind at ease if I had any concerns about anything. The delivery of my car went according to plan, and the delivery driver was really helpful. I am very happy with Lowton Motors the Ford KA that I recently purchased is brilliant! I was looked after by a very nice salesman, he made everything really simple and got the sale put through quickly too! I can't complain about anything really, everything went through smoothly and quickly.

A five star experience at Lowton Motor Company in Warrington. The service from the team here was absolutely faultless, they did not use any of the hard selling and let me make an informative decision whether I wanted to buy the car or not in my own time. I was really pleased with the way everything was handled and I score these a solid five out of five for the whole experience that I had with them.

I had seen the car I wanted on the internet, so I phoned them and booked a test drive. Firstly I was impressed by the speed and ease at booking a test drive of this car and secondly by the way I was greeted when I arrived by their sales person. When I arrived the car was all ready to go, after a good test drive I decided to purchase it, the paperwork was waiting for me to sign if I was happy with everything which I was, genuinely it was that simple, no messing about, I found it all straightforward and totally stress free.

Outstanding from start to finish, The customer service from here was just brilliant, they have a great team here who went way above any of my expectations to deliver a phenomenal service. None of the hard sales nonsense, that you get from lots of other dealerships, they let you take as much time as needed to make the decision whether to buy the car or not but there were always there to answer any questions and never failed to come back to you about anything. I would not hesitate to return here again when I need another car and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know.
