Lowton Motor Company couldn't do enough for me and are an excellent dealer to work with. Joe was looking me on this occasion, he was very thorough and nice to talk to. I went to look at a Fiesta and really liked the car, my criticism of it was the tires looked a little worn, I highlighted it to Joe, he said let us service and MOT the car, if it gets an advisory we will change all that are flagged, he ended up replacing all four tires for me before the purchase, he even picked me up from the local train station on the day of collection. this is my 3rd car from Lowton and I'll defiantly be back for a 4th in future.

Greg is a really good friend of mine, a large part of the reason I return is because he always treats me as a customer first and a friend second, he maintains a level of professionalism with me as I have seen him provide other customers, The cars are always of an excellent quality and I have never received anything other than a proactive attitude towards any issues. I am a long returning customer of Lowton Motor Company, this Skoda Superb is the 6th car I have had over the years. Compared to my old Tucson, it's comfort like no other, I drove to the south west last week and when I got out I felt like I had been sat in an arm chair the whole time, when I did the same journey in my Tucson, I had a bad back for the week I was over there. The service is always memorable, the staff are always friendly and usually very well organised. I did feel there was a lot of confusion this time round on the day of collection. The salesmen who sold me the car was off on the day I went to pick up my car and no one else seemed to have much knowledge of my deal, I do know however, this is uncharacteristic of Lowton Motor Company and I'm happy to pass benefit of the doubt, I will always use Lowton as they are a company I have grown to love.

I only live a hop, skip and a jump from Lowton Motor Company, they are a local company to me which was why they were my first choice when my old Fiesta gave up. I haven't done lots of miles because of the bad weather, I don't like driving in this weather, the journeys I have done I really enjoyed in the car and I really appreciated the way Rex treated me. He was helpful, approachable, always happy to help and answer any questions I had. It's a lovely little car, I have noticed a constant static sounding noise which I can only presume is from the radio. If Lowton are able to help me sort this which they are looking into, I'll be back to change this to a 5 star!

I was pleasantly surprised changing from my Jaguar XE to my new Audi A3. I'm not to sure what I was expecting however, I have always had larger cars. The car has been really easy to get used to and is really forgiving to drive, I am absolutely loving it! Joe was incredibly professional and is a really likable person, he looked after us start to finish and i am glad I put my trust in him.

Brilliant car from a brilliant company!

I recently purchased a Ford Kuga from a used car dealership and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The dealership was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the lot. The car itself is in great condition and runs like a dream. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.

So far so good, I bought my first car from Lowton Motor Company, a Ford Fiesta which has been really nice to drive and made a massive difference from sharing my mum's car. There was an issue with the brake almost immediately and when I highlighted this to Martin and the team, they were very quick to get this resolved for me. The car is in a really good condition and the service matched. Really happy with Martin, Lawton and my new car.

I recently purchased a Clio from Lowton Motor Company and overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. The car is fine and I haven’t had any issues or cause for concern. However, I did notice that the back windscreen was scratched, which I didn’t notice when I bought the car. I’ve always had diesel cars in the past, but this one is different and I’ve noticed the difference, I am slowly getting used to it and it's only a minor difference which hasn't caused me any difficulties. There were a few issues with the radio, which was locked and it took some chasing to get this resolved but once this was brought to the team attention, it was quickly resolved. Martin, who helped me with the purchase, was pleasant and happy to assist me throughout the process.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new car, I love Mini's and decided to treat myself to a newer one, Lowton motor company had the exactly model and colour I was looking for so I arranged a viewing, seeing the condition of the car in the flesh solidified this was the car I wanted. I was a little disheartened that the price was raised prior to signing off, the reasons for this were explained and I was still happy with the costs, but this is the only thing taking away from what would be a well deserved 5 Star review. The team were ace, the service top notch and the car is lovely without any issues. I have already recommend Lowton to a few friends and family.
