To be honest, I'm not a big fan of leaving reviews but for the service I received, I wouldn't be doing the company justice. After finalising things with my advisor, I already expressed how happy I was, and once the finance has finished on this car, I'd be back to get another through Luv Car Loans. Every detail of my enquiry was listened to, and now I'm driving around in my lovely Ford Focus. I've only added around 100 miles on the car since driving away but I look forward to adding more.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience. So it has to be 5* for LUV and 5* for Jack for finding me my quality Renault Kadjar.

Originally I wanted a Vauxhall Astra, but that fell through. So I went with the BMW 1 Series, which has been perfect and a bit of a blessing. Bradley handled my application. He was amazing, not once did he rush me. He was very patient, helped me every step he could, and there were no hidden surprises when I was signing the paperwork. 100% 5 stars!

My Dacia Duster is working like a charm. I've been on some big trips to Llangollen for a good run out. Everything is in order, I'm so happy. Josh has been fantastic and the reason why I went with Luv Car Loans to be honest. Really pleased with the service from Tom at Luv Car Loans. He honestly took the whole stress of seeing bad cars, rude and pushy dealerships. There isn't much to review to be honest, because Paul took care of everything. I enquired about getting a Citroen C4 Spacetourer and a short time later I was contacted to discuss my options. Paul listened to everything I had to say from the colour of the car to my budget and pulled through with the ideal Citroen. It's been great ever since driving it away last month, with no issues.
