I’ve got myself a really good daily car through LUV Car Loans, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve even taken it on a few good couple of hours drives to test it out, and it’s been faultless. During the process, I spoke to a few people, and everyone was absolutely lovely. I never felt like I was being pushed into buying the car, which made the experience even better. They were even kind enough to follow up on the car afterward. There were no delays on the day of collection, as the money was transferred right away. They went above and beyond, helping me with insurance and really looking after me. The service was next level—I even got a call to see if I got home okay. What a great company.

Recently I purchased my Evoque, and while I did notice a loud squealing noise and a rattling noise during my 2-hour drive home, the garage was very accommodating. They were happy for me to take the car to my local garage to get the issues repaired. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. This is my first Range Rover, and it's a welcomed upgrade from my previous BMW 5 Series, not to mention my first automatic car. The difference is night and day. Everyone I spoke to at LUV Car Loans was amazing to deal with. They were incredibly patient while I made up my mind about which car to get, and their customer service really stood out. I would 100% use LUV Car Loans again.

I had a bit of trouble to start with, but Neil was perfect at getting it sorted when the turbo went after about 600 miles. As soon as we mentioned the issue, he was happy to get the car into the garage for repairs and even arranged a van for us to use in the meantime. I can't be any happier with how he handled the situation he was more than understanding and helpful. He even gave me the option of returning the van or getting it fixed, which I didn't expect. Since getting it back, the van has been perfect. My wife was the one who recommended LUV Car Loans after having a good experience with her car, and I'm glad I listened. I'd give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. There were no questions left unanswered. A big thank you for the support and making it all so easy.

I'd happily use Luv Car Loans again because of how easy it was this time around. I told my accounts manager what car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. They went away and found the exact car I wanted that was well within my budget. I honestly can't ask for anything more from Luv. Everything since receiving the car has been smooth sailing! I couldn't recommend them enough.

For a new customer I was very impressed with the process. The gentleman who handled my application was a pleasure to deal with because not once did I feel any pressure from him to commit to the Citroen C4 I was interested in, it was actually a really quick process. I haven't got any complaints to be honest.

Currently I'm getting on great with my Ford Fiesta and I'm very happy with how the purchase went.

I purchased my Nissan Juke before seeing it and now I wish I went for the Qashqai because my son and daughter aren't very impressed with it because it's not the comfiest. But as the car goes it drives well and since I don't tend to drive it that much so it's only a small issue. I can't remember the chaps name who delt with me but he was great. he went through the whole process in great detail, he was really nice to get along with and I thought he was very straightforward, which is what I like when buying a car.

Thomas was good as gold! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me get my finances sorted out. I reckon I've had my BMW for just over a month now and I'm getting on okay with it. I mentioned something was missing with the car and they sent it out without any trouble.

Thanks to my friends, I've had an easy transition from my old car to my Mini Cooper as they all have similar cars, so they've been able to help me figure it out. The process to get the car was really easy and I wouldn't change anything about my visit if I was to go back.

Brilliant service from Sam and Selina! I was in the market for a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque and of course spending that kind of money, I wanted to make sure I got a good quality car. There was one that Sam found for me but after viewing it, I didn't feel 100% confident in taking it. Both Sam and Selina were happy for me to walk away but they also made sure to get my £100 deposit back from the dealership. They found me a second car to view and as soon as I saw it, I fell in love. I went ahead with it, and it's been amazing and I love it. This is my first time owning a Land Rover but I don't think I could have any other car.
