A month on since picking up my car, and it's been lovely! I've been driving it everywhere and haven't had any issues, it's been brilliant. I can't remember who looked after my loan application, but they handled everything perfectly and not once did I feel pressured to go ahead with anything I wasn't 100% on.

Kyle has gone above and beyond to get any issues sorted out for me, along with Paul and Michelle.

Jack at Luv made sure to explain everything from start to finish very clearly before going ahead with my Vauxhall Viva. While I was going through the process, I didn't think there was any sort of pressure from him to push me to make a decision, I felt it was my own. I arranged to have the car delivered and I was very happy with it once it arrived. After driving it, I wish I had the exact same car in an automatic but that's all I would change.

Since owning my car I have noticed that one of the wheels is missing a nut, but I haven't gotten around to make the dealership aware of this yet. As for the process through Luv Car Loans, the application process went well but I did have to re-arrange to view the car a second time because it wasn't ready on the first viewing. Everything else with the car has been good though, and mechanically it's running well.

Everything went according to plan when I secured my new Vauxhall. I was more than happy with how Sarah handled everything, and I couldn't judge or knock a single thing she did throughout. She even went the extra mile to help me get rid of my old car.

Other than me getting in touch with the dealership to get a small issue looked at, my new car has been getting on well. I can't thank Scott enough for everything he did. From start to finish, I thought he was very responsive via text and even when I wanted to get in touch with him after collecting the car, it wasn't an issue getting a response from him.

Honestly I couldn't have asked for anyone better to deal with while I was going through Luv Car Loans. I'm not the best with names but all of my questions were answered and she as very informative about the process to get the Jaguar.

There were a few delays at the start of my process with Luv Car Loans but nothing that was in their control because the cars I originally enquired about sold before I had the chance to show my interest. Selina was perfect at helping me look for other options though and found me a great Jaguar XF as a result of her efforts. Throughout the whole process she was really informative, had great communication and took the stress away when the other cars weren't available.

I mainly dealt with George he was very helpful. Everything was explained well he was attentive but not pushy. Overall a good experience thanks and very pleased with my lovely mini countryman 😊
