The whole process was very quick and straight forward. Bradley really made the who process of buying a car hassle free. I purchased the Toyota, which I'm just waiting for a spare key to arrive but otherwise the car is doing okay.

It's been 5 weeks after purchasing my BMW 2 Series and other than taking it back for a minor issue, I've had no problems with it at all it's been a great car. I think there is always room for improvement, which is why I haven't given top marks but I felt very well looked after by Jack.

I'm really enjoying my Nissan Juke! Jack made it easier as he was always happy to help, and quick to respond to messages. The handover at the garage went smoothly, and after a test drive, I only waited 10 minutes for the money to be sorted after agreeing to take the car. I don't think I've ever bought a car so quickly in my life! 5 stars—it's safe to say I knew where I stood the whole time.

This was my first time using Luv Car Loan and everyone I spoken too have been really nice and easy to get along with. Ollie was the main bloke and he was 100% brilliant. He left no questions unanswered and told me everything I needed to know before going ahead with it. I did have to take my Peugeot Partner back to the garage to get an Ad-blue issue sorted but *touchwood* since having the car back the issues seem to have gone away.
