I'd happily use this company again if I was in the market for a new car because wow! What an experienced team to deal well when buying a car. There wasn't any questions left unanswered when Ryan was going through the application and after the initial enquiry I quickly got a call to discuss my options, which was appreciated because I needed a quick turn around. I've had the car for just over 8 weeks now and it's been everything Ryan told me it would be.

My girlfriend can thank me later! I've referred her to Luv Car Loans because she is in the market for her next car and when she finds out how easy the process is, I best get a thank you. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anything to anyone if I wasn't happy with something, so it shows how much faith I have in the process. On this occasion, it was my first time dealing with Luv Car Loans, so I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't prepared for how easy it would be. All I had to do was turn up on the agreed date and drive it home. I will continue to recommend them and I look forward to get another car from here in the future.

Honestly, I couldn't think of anything I'd change about using this company. Everything was done for me and as for the rate, I think it was competitive but mainly it was well within my budget. I usually get my finance on the day at the dealership but that's the old fashioned way of doing it because this company can handle all of that for me! I highly recommend them.

What a 5 star experience from the team here! Sarah has been amazing because everything she told me she was going to do, she did. I can be quite difficult to work with some times but she was so patient when I was trying to make up my mind about what car I was looking for, but in the end I settled for the Range Rover Evoque. It's been brilliant ever since! It was such an easy process as well, I hardly did anything so it 100% took the stress away of buying a car and I can confidently say that the team deserve 5 stars.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife because she is the one who drives the car most of the time but she absolutely loves it. I think we got our Citroen C4 about 2 months ago, and it's been spot on to be honest. She hasn't mentioned any issues with the car and I've not found any issues with it. Mitch was the gentleman who looked after the car and he was amazing! After an issue with a previous company, Mitch really took his time to listen to what we were looking for and we felt in good hands. I would happily use Luv again.
