I made an online inquiry to apply for a loan with Luv Car Loans, and one of their loan specialists, Tom, got in touch with me very promptly to talk me through the loan process. Any questions I had for him, he was able to answer clearly and without hesitation. His knowledge was second to none, which gave me great confidence and put me at ease dealing with him. He gave me a list of cars that were within my budget, and I decided to go for a Nissan Juke, which turned out to be a wise move because I am proper made up with it; it is lovely to drive and does just what I need it to. 

We thoroughly enjoyed our time speaking to Josh at Luv Car Loans while arranging the finance to buy our car. Josh was such a nice guy and somebody you could have a laugh with, but he also remained professional, talking us through every step of the finance application so that things made perfect sense. We are now proud owners of a Nissan X-Trail and are absolutely ecstatic with it.

My experience with Adel at the dealership was very pleasant. He provided me with a large selection of cars to choose from, which was great because I needed a Euro 6 car for ULEZ compliance. 100% I'm giving this company 5 out of 5! Everything was so smooth. I enquired for finance, got a follow up call right away and told them what car's I was interested in and they did the rest. Sam come back to me with some pictures of Ford Focus, which gave me plenty of options to choose from, to make sure I got the exact one I was looking for. Once i picked one, he took care of the rest. The car's been spot on and I can't fault it or the team.
