I was a little nervous to commit to buying a car through Luv Car Loans because I had not seeing the car before committing to buy it. I went for the Skoda Octavia in the end, and I don't regret it. The car has been perfect, and I'm glad I trusted the process.

So far so good with my Ford Fiesta! It's been a great car but I was expecting it to be a little better on fuel but I still love it. Selina was just the most kind hearted woman ever, she was lovely to speak to throughout the process and always quick to reply. I'm already looking to upgrade to a Range Rover in about a year, so I will be back.

To be honest, I haven't got a bad word to say about my experience while purchasing my Renault Megane. Michele was more than helpful while I was trying to find the perfect car. She would send me regular pictures of the cars she found that fit my criteria, she was very patient while I was making my decision. I didn't feel rushed once, and all these combined make for an easy experience. I wouldn't change anything about my visit if I were to get another car through Luv.

f you want to go through a really transparent and honest finance company, I would highly recommend Luv! The adviser who was looking after my application was literally perfect because there wasn't any questions left unanswered and everything he said he was going to do, he carried it out. I want to give this company the credit it deserves.
