I kinda rushed into the decision with Luv Car Loans as I was desperate for a car and couldn't foot a massive initial outlay. I work within the motor trade myself so I have good knowledge on things which can go wrong on cars and warning signs to look out for, I also have a couple friends who work for Mercedes Specialist garages, having done my due diligence and getting a second opinion from my friends, I can confirm the car is perfect and just may need a tire replacing in the next couple months. Luv Car Loans have made my life very easy, within 3 days, Reece had found the car, completed the paperwork, arranged everything with the dealership so all I needed to do is go to the dealer, shake a few hands, sign a few docs and collect the keys to my new car. Luv Car Loans have been exceptional to work with, it was a shame the garage didn't meet the high standards. I went to Luv Car Loans hunting for a new car on finance, I was in a rush to have the new car due to going on holiday to Egypt and wanted a company who could handle everything for me, Luv Car Loans did exactly that and made everything very easy for me, the car was sourced, the finance approved and a collection date facilitated exactly as I had hoped with minimal effort required by me. I was then introduced to the dealer, as good as the experience was dealing with Sep and Luv Car Loans, the car was wasn't cleaned at all and the collection was rather uncomfortable. I felt I didn't have a choice but to take the car as my friend who brought me t collect the car had already gone and I needed the car ready for my holiday. I am discussing the issues with Luv Car Loans currently as they are an excellent company and I would hate for there hard work and positive reputation to be tarnished by a poor dealership.

I am not the kind of person who would normally do anything like this over the phone, I enjoy being able to look over things in person, meticulously checking over, in this case, the condition of the car, service and MOT histories, finance details and options available. In this case, Michele made me feel very at ease, she explained in detail the process, history of the cars, she answered every questions I had and clearly has learned the processes inside and out. Michele is extremely good at what she does. The garage were also very good too, very welcoming on arrival and happy to help and put my mind at ease with any concerns. The car has been perfect ever since, no issues, cause for concerns, I have no reason to complain start to finish, I have even refereed friends to Luv Car Loans.

The car wasn't to outlandish of a choice for me, A Ford Kuga which is a nice all round family car, plenty of room inside, not offensive to look at and it drives really nicely.
