Greg has been brilliant, Luv Car Loans are the first company I have financed a car from and I don't think I would look anywhere else in future. Everything from the rates being competitive, customer service being impeccable, finance application being a breeze has made the experience dealing with Luv feel very worth while. My Vauxhall Astra is flawless which was the icing on the cake, not seeing the car till the day of collection made me feel very sceptical however, I felt I could trust the process and it paid off in the end.

Selina has honestly been very lovely to deal with, she has been incredibly patient, helpful and very efficient. I have done financing before but this was by far the easiest application process and most down to earth service I have ever used. I finally have a car I can be proud of, a nice Mercedes C Class, well specked and younger than my last car.

I reach out to Luv Car Loans for help as I left a large amount of money to some family and didn't expect to receive it back for a while, I received the payment in full roughly 2 weeks after I agreed to the finance and have decided to pay the finance off early. With that being said, Sepehr and the Luv Car Loans team were there when I needed them and made the process beginning to end easy and hassle free. The car is really well, I love Volvo's, the V40 is different to anything I have had before but a great little car all the same.

I really have no grounds to complain about my experience dealing with Luv Car Loans, Ismaeel was friendly and welcoming from the very first introduction right the way until I received my car and has always been just a phone call away for any questions and queries. The car its self was in really good condition, clean and tidy and well presented. I have scrutinised it top to bottom and can't find anything wrong. I am very pleased and very impressed.

So far so good. I am really happy with my new Ford Fiesta and the service Wakas from Luv Car Loans gave me. Thanks to Wakas, I did not need to lift a finger, he handled the whole process for me and ensured that I was kept very well informed throughout, The car is running really well, it looks great and I have no concerns around the cars health. Luv Car Loans do the most to ensure minimal stress while financing your new car and I would highly recommend them be your first point off call.

The customer service and ease going through application process is what really set Luv Car Loans apart from the competition in my opinion. Car finance is new to me however, from introduction conversation with a multitude of companies, Ismaeel filled me with confidence and I feel my faith was well placed. The car I went with after a host of options presented and explained by Ismaeel was a Mercedes A-class, I really like the car and it's a massive step up from anything I have ever owned. I have a little issue, I think the starter motor might need replacing however, this is a conversation I will need to have with the dealer, I'll see how we go this week and give them a call.

Everything through Luv Car Loans has been very very good, I was pleasantly surprised how quick, easy and how little I had to do to get my new car. I have only done finance once before through a different company and my last experience was nothing short of a nightmare, rates changed mid sale, car wasn't as described, staff had attitude and the whole process too weeks.. I won't name and shame but what I will say is dealing with Reece and Luv Car Loans, the experience couldn't be more different, every expectation which was set was met or exceeded, Reece was really friendly and had an excellent telephone manor, The car has been flawless too, I had a little issue with the window which was easily fixed by me and cost me nothing but 30 minutes of my time to do. Exceedingly happy.

Grig, the gentleman that helped me was absolutely amazing. I felt I was being quite picky when I asked him to look at a few cars but he was so patient, understanding and made the whole process very clear and easy.
