I am happy all round, got the car I wanted and I am very pleased with it. Luv Car Loans even called me the day after I got the car just to check that all was fine and that hand over was successful which I thought was great. It was so slick and they updated me with what stage we was continuously. I would take finance out again with Luv Car Loans in the future if it was the right time and I would rate a 5 because it was great service.

It was that simple and smooth I literally thought it was too good to be true at first... I was waiting for the catch. I didn't feel like I was going through the process on my own at all, I felt guided by the agent all of the way. It was a quick turn around and no waiting around to see if I could get the finance or not, everything was pretty much instant - I didn't even have time to stress.

A huge huge thank you to my man Simon, I actually wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him. I wasn't going to go through with the sale, however Simon sold the product and the car sold its self! Simon has great experience in the field and made my experience as smooth as it could of ever been. In my opinion Simon should get a promotion he was absolutely spot on.
