I can not tell you how much Akeel at Luv Car Loans helped me out. Genuinely, they did more than I could ever ask for. I was in a spot of bother, had a crash, have 6 kids and needed a few car and fast. Luv Car Loans did everything they could, it didn't take them long to find me the most suitable car at the perfect price. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. I don't know what I would of done without them. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

When I was looking to get a new car I thought I was set on an Audi A1 and that was the only car I wanted. But when I spoke to Luv Car Loans they helped me with cars and I actually came across a real nice Toyota which was a hybrid, it was amazing. I did a full 360 on it and decided to go ahead with this one instead, I'm so glad I did I absolutely love the car. Luv Car Loans were so nice, supportive and friendly. I didn't have to fill in much at all, there wasn't lots of long forms and details to be completed, and once they had all of my stuff on their side I didn't have to go through it again. I had a lovely lady Michele looking after me and she was so good, there to answer my questions and she gave me some great advice along the way. I highly recommend Luv Car Loans to everybody!

I heard about Luv Car Loans from a friend, I did some research and decided I would go though with buying the car through them. It was so easy, they did everything for me! It was all done in a day. The most straight forward thing ever, I can not complain in the slightest. Everything was explained well and I was happy with what they provided me with figures wise. I am so happy and wouldn't of been able to do it without Luv!

I thought my experience with Luv Car Loans was great, as close to perfect as it gets! It was super easy, and I felt like the weight was taken completely off my shoulders, all the leg work was done for me. I got the car I wanted which was a brilliant, a BMW 5 Series. Lauren was such a helping hand and provided such a helpful customer service.
Guy helped me get my car and finance sorted, he kept me informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased with the A-Class it is exactly what I was hoping for.

April was fantastic, she understood what I wanted, helped me look for it. She understood I couldn't chat on the phone all the time because of my job and we txt as was easier. She didn't hassle me to make decisions, she liaised with the garages etc on my behalf whilst searching for cars. She made it a lot easier for me. I'd say my overall experience was a 4. It was a little difficult in the early days but April taking over certainly made it better.
