As with many other reviews…they lie about car condition (They sold me a car with a host of withheld issues including a significant safety risk) block your calls, refuse to accept registered legal letters and in our case will eventually be taken to court. Crooks, liars, cowboys, embarrassment to the trade. Take your pick.

They dont list obvious faults that may (or may not) discourage a buyer. If they've taken the trouble to mop the car and prep the engine bay they would have noticed obvious damage and scratches and dents and even if they dont provide photos they could have it in the description. Wasted 70 mile round trip which could have been avoided if they were upfront.

Bought a decent enough Range Rover sport and was told it had been fully serviced. Imagine my surprise when 100 mile later the car computer tells me a service is due. I was also promised the spare key was being programmed at the main dealer. This has never appeared, phone not answered, I suspect they have caller ID so wont answer previous customers.

Buyers beware dodged a bullet on one of the cars others seem to have the same problem. Just look at the other reviews not worth the risk.

ago NEW Brought a car back in October from Gareth. Was told that the car was going through a plate change and the log book would be with the finance company and it would be taxed in 2 weeks which I believed as this is the first time I’ve brought a car. It was taxed that week but 6 months later, no log book, no tax. Rather than just go online and put the car in my name, Gareth made me do a v62, pay and wait 5 weeks for a log book. In this time, I spent hundreds on insurance for other peoples cars and DVLA confirmed no plate change ever took place, so he lied to me about that. Took a holding deposit at purchase with the promise of refunding it and never got it back. Gareth then lied to me again and told me the deposit was sent to the finance company who confirmed it was not. Was extremely arrogant, rude and dismissive on the phone, constantly talking over me and then hung up when I refused to let him interrupt me. Classic case of taking advantage of a woman who hasn’t had the experience of buying a car before. Gareth has a vile attitude. I wrote to the director and received no response which is absolutely disgusting. Buy your car from anywhere but here and DO NOT use Zuto as this is one of their “trusted” garages and has caused me nothing but hassle. Needs to be shut down. Brought a 2nd motor from trade centre wales and got much better service. Goes to show that supporting a smaller business doesn’t always get you results.

Money, money, money, everything costs money. Warranty is worthless, they're not interested in any faults with your new car. Absolute mercenaries!
