Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts at making contact with M3 motors, we have heard nothing back in response to our complaint. We had planned a date and time to pick up the car and, despite being late (phoned to let them know we were on our way), they had not prepared the car and were cleaning it inside and out. This meant that, with three young children, we were left to wait for over an hour and a half for them to finish cleaning the car. This also meant that, by the time my husband was eventually able to drive the car away, the seats were soaking wet and he was completely wet through by the time he got home, and the car seats in the back were also sodden. I would expect a dealership to have cleaned the car before the very day it is meant to be picked up. They even charged us a £200 preparion fee (not sure what this even is) and would provide no response as to what this went towards and we have never had to pay anything like that before when purchasing a car. The whole time we were waiting in the 'office', noone came to let us know what was happening and how long it would take, the office where we were left had a sharp knife on the coffee table, half drank drinks and half eaten food spread out and was generally very dirty (especially unacceptable with three toddlers). Unfortunately, I could go on with my complaint, but I think this sets the scene clearly. We were utterly disappointed with the service here, having read the positive reviews, and I am shocked their customer service chooses to ignore a customer complaint.

I’m having difficulty with this company. Had I known it was the same company as these reviews. I purchased a car and awaiting to collect it. However since they’ve received my money they are not forthcoming with collection details. I fear they have taken my money. If they haven’t I’m now scared at the car purchased as it seems there may be issues are receipt
Its one of the few car sales places that we have been to that was happy for us to take our time to walk around, look in any car and test drive. I was their with my 3 children and wife and we stayed for a couple of hours. We went away to think about a couple of cars first. The salesman wasn't rude or annoyed due to the amount of time we was at his site for. Then we went back and purchased an VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT and got a good deal. Highly recommended and I would use them again.

we have bought two cars from M3 Motors. We found the team, honest and genuine. The cars are a good deal cheaper than any other dealers,(we looked at a lot). An engine light came on our latest car after a few days so we took it back. M3 Motors mechanics did what they could but realised it needed to be sent to a main dealer for a repair. The car was fixed at no cost to ourselves and no quibbles from M3, great after sales service. I would recommend M3 Motors to anyone. It's great to deal with a genuine business. We felt like we had a new car when we drove it away. It'll be the first place we go for our next car.

Well, I would say that if there's a place to buy a car then this is it. Excellent service. No pushy sales people and very happy with service. Any questions were happily dealt with. Thank you and definitely recommended by far! We also part ex our old car and got a great return. Thanks again.

What I liked about M3 Motors is nobody jumps on you as soon as you start to look at their cars. They allow you to walk around and have a good look before they ask if you need any help . Very helpful. Would definitely buy from there again.
