Purchased a BMW from this garage in July and a spare key was misplaced. I have nothing but praise for Mark and his team. Due to Covid and working away from home Mark kept his word and having returned back to Wales I was able to collect a new spare key that Mark had arranged with my local BMW dealer. Well, the car has been fab and when we picked it up the garage couldn't have been more helpful. They looked after my dad too, who I brought with me and is suffering from alzheimers. This week we bought our new car, a vw up from mark at MMH. After reading all available reviews placed by satisfied customers I can personaly confirm that we where treated like royalty, nothing was to much trouble. We were allowed to view the cars on site and in comfortable showroom with no pressure at all, and received excellent service from the start to conclusion of the process. From start to finish the service received here was amazing. Mark is super friendly, informative and the car is amazing. We did not see or test drive the car before we arrived to pick it up but my little car is awesome and perfect as a second car. I loved my gift of flowers, wine and chocolates. Definitely worth the two-hour drive. We will be returning to make the most of the after-sales services like the vehicle servicing and the free MOTs. We will definitely be returning customers and I urge those thinking about using Maesteg Motor House to do it. You will not be disappointed.
