My Granddaughter who is still at school and works evenings and weekends to buy and run a car purchased a car in December 2019. There were a number of issues with the car and we were told the car was under warranty and they would be fixed, included in the issues were some electrical faults eg lights and USB port . The car was repaired and as far as we knew all repairs were successful due to the pandemic the car hasn’t been used a lot and now that my Granddaughter has started using it again the USB and other electrical faults started playing up again we took it to a local garage who was unable to repair it and advised us to take it to an electrical repair garage now my Granddaughter has a £920 bill for electrical work that we were told had been done in January as the car is out of warranty this has to be paid for by herself. The car was not cheap for her£4500 and I would definitely not recommend this garage to anyone . We have not been back to tell them as we were made to feel a nuisance even when the car was under warranty.

I did some research prior to visiting different car sales garages perhaps airing on the side of caution - trying to avoid pressure sales staff eager to sell. At Motor House in Maesteg I was given chance to look for a car without any pressure. I liked the details which were available to digest online and also available in the showroom. I was pleased with the well presented car, full tank of fuel, free MOTs for life and service guarantees. I thought it was a real nice touch when I picked up the car to have flowers, wine and chocolates - a lovely touch that went a long way. I went to few garages who were offering ‘deals’ but none, for me, matched the quality of the service, attention to detail and value offered in this local car showroom.

I bought my new car from Maesteg Motor House. The staff were lovely and helpful. No pressure and sales pitches. I have been to many dealerships but this company really go above and beyond. My new car came with beautiful flowers, wine and chocolate. The car was polished perfect and a full tank of diesel. The paperwork was all taken care of and nothing was too much trouble. I have never written a review before but I took the time as I was so impressed. I'm very happy with my new car.
