We purchased a Mercedes E320 from Manor Oak, which the day after picking it up developed a fault causing the vehicle to be unusable. On contacting Alistair, he suggested that the vehicle be collected and assessed by a garage local to myself for them to determine the fault. The vehicle was duly collected, the fault assessed as a leaking injector. Alistair arranged for the vehicle to be fixed the same day, he paid for the repair and we had the vehicle back the same afternoon. Very pleased with how we were dealt with and the speed the problem was resolved. I would definitely use this garage again.

I would highly recommend Manor Oak cars. The overall process from start to finish was very professional and friendly. The car itself an Audi RS4 cabriolet was very reasonably priced and in great condition and have had no faults at all with it. They even opened up specially on their day off so i could test drive the car whilst i was in the area. would buy from them again without hesitation,..........

Never ever buy a car from Manor Oak Cars they will put the blame on someone else our car was not fit to sell let alone drive especially after they had bodged the engine management light themselves. The car was listed perfect condition, we only noticed everything after taking it to a garage to be checked, long story short the car was very dangerous and put my family at risk luckily we got our deposit back after a long stressful few days and cancelled the finance. When we mentioned trading standards they gave us compensation (basically paying us not to go to trading standards) looking around on the internet for other reviews i seen they have done this before and this probably wont be the last time either. I would stay well away.

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS DEALER! I BOUGHT A CAR THAT NOW IS COSTING ME THOUSANDS TO FIX. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Based off of my experience I can only assume that the positive reviews you see here are written by themselves from different accounts.

What a great service, we traveled 110 miles to view a Range Rover sport, we called up to book an appointment with a very professional young man, on arrival the car was sat out the front of there show room waiting for us, we met a chap called joe witch I must say was VERY helpful and friendly, not pushy, he handed us a folder full of documents to do with the car and added he had put a full mot on the car in the week for us, we looked round the car for 20 minutes and went on a very short test drive, my wife fell in love and was just what we were looking for, the car was described as excellent condition I personally would of said better, we had been to see four others before we found this one none of witch were as clean and tidy, we have now owned our Range Rover nearly 3 months with no problems and Have recommend these guys to our friends and family, Thank you Manor Oak Team

Travelled miles to view a Lexus on the basis of their claims. The advert said: "IN TRULY IMMACULATE CONDITION, OBVIOUSLY PREVIOUS OWNERS PRIDE AND JOY, STUNNING EXAMPLE" The car stank of fags, there was a huge gouge in the front bumper, scratches, dents and marks all round. The interior was filthy beyond belief, crumbs, cracked leather, a knackered driver’s seat and more wear than I've seen in cars with twice the millage. The effort involved to take pictures (at just the right angles) to hide all this astounds me! Then to cap it all off the engine sounded like a bucket of bolts. But hey, it's OK because "Well I'm sure we can do something on the price" Total waste of my time. I'd sooner buy a car from Arthur Daley!

Called ahead to confirm car wax still for sale. When I arrived, car was filthy dirty and was in much worse condition than described. A totally of my time, very disappointed.

It was nice not to have pushy sales patter or a large stretch of imagination ,what you see is what you get and in our case we are very pleased.Joe was very helpfull and pleasant to deal with and yes we shall return to purchase in the future,job well done and thanks.
