I would like to thank Justin Hughes (sales) of Marshall Mercedes of Blackburn for making our car purchase a relaxed and enjoyable experience. From the initial approach to handing over the keys. Justin was polite, courteous and respectful as in when a polite no thank you to other products was given Justin did not push. He handled all the paperwork even the transfer of my private plate. After a few days he gave us a courtesy call to see how we was doing with the car, nice touch. also last but not least he has good sense of humour . Once again thank you.

I was looking for an a class online and I liked 1 amg a class from Marshall Mercedes Blackburn. I rang them and booked an appointment and he suggested me to reserve the car and it’s fully refundable if I change my mind or anything else so I reserved the car with £500 deposit. I booked car for viewing next week as it’s 4 hours driving but before I drive there I checked mot and it was still due and i been told that it’s paid.that sales person lied to me. Anyway still after I changed my plans and I couldn’t go. Now when I couldn’t make it i rang him and told him that I don’t want that car for now so I would like to get my deposit back as you promised and he said yh it will take 5 days to process and i said no problem. ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH AND IM STILL CHASING THIS PEOPLE FOR JUST £500. I even spoke with manager there but same result. If they don’t keep on there word for £500 I don’t know what would’ve happened if I actually bought a car and then if there was a problem with a car.

Bought my first Mercedes Ian W was my sales consultant made me feel like royalty. Helpful through out till I actually got the keys really happy with my experience .even phoned me a couple days after to see how I was going on with new car will definitely reccomend friends and family to go and view car

Been driving Mercedes for 7 years and purchased Mercedes from Marshall Blackburn. Sent video with Salesperson expressing car as ‘mint’ Failed to deliver 4 times and on day said traffic bad and driver can’t get home late so won’t deliver !? Eventually delivery happened . Obvious car not checked properly prior to delivery as consistent issues and faults of which had to be rectified by local dealership and made to pay £400. Asked to return vehicle after 2 weeks using CCA2015 but dealer has ignored request . Will be taking legal action . Terrible service stay well away .
I recently purchased the new A class from Marhsall Mercedes in Blackburn. From the moment we entered the garage we where made to feel looked after and cared about. After hours of speaking with the sales guy Justin Hughes he found us our perfect car for the perfect price. Great service from all at the garage.
