Me and my mum came into the Mercedes Blackburn branch a few days ago and the service we received was second to none. Angela in sales was so patient and so helpful. Even the staff who we weren't necessarily dealing with were chatty and so polite and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks again to Angela at Blackburn Mercedes.
Been to Blackburn Mercedes twice to look into another purchase of a Mercedes, Today was meant to be VIP day ( joke ) if I buy another Mercedes I won’t buy it from here , as soon as you walk in it’s not good service, if I’m spending between £40,000-£65,000 a pleasant hello and smile to greet you would be nice , ( not to be ignored whilst they finish chit chat ) I’m saying no more as my blood still boils , SALE LOST.

Few years ago purchased brand new Mercedes and BEST customer service.. Went back last April 2017 .. what a difference! Unhelpful, unfriendly staff , rude and arrogant manager , ordered a new C class to our specifications and paid deposit, they advised car would be ready and delivered by early July , they will keep us updated - 4 weeks later no communication despite phone calls and emails - we went to branch to enquire still unhelpful and informed us someone would ring back . 8 weeks later still nothing .. 10 weeks later we went back and they advised car would be delayed until August! we had booked a summer road trip vacation end of July with new car in mind - had to cancel - Mercedes blackburn did not care - did not offer us another car in the interim - sent few urgent emails to manager - still no reply.. just ignored - ended up cancelling and they replied fine! We then went to BMW .. best thing we did!! Mercedes Blackburn need to sort their staff out - the manager is horrible - no wonder the staff keep leaving! This is what 2 of the staff told us at Mercedes.
Went to Blackburn Mercedes dealerships yesterday... sales staff was helpful and seated us down to take husbands details for a test drive.... whilst seated sales staff member showed us different cars on the web at other Mercedes dealerships to give us options..... general manager comes out very rude and abruptly refused a test drive to a car we wanted to purchase, and told us to get out and test drive in another Mercedes show room.... very aggressive, rude manager. no other staff members stood up to manager to help us buy a car.... absolutely disgusted by Mercedes for employing judgemental managers.....
My husband and I visited this dealership in March 2016 looking to purchase a Mercedes C Class AMG or E Class Convertible.We had purchased a similar model 3 years previous (new) and previous to this had purchased two other Mercedes from them. The convertible we viewed had been outside and had green mould on the seat (this car was 12 months old) the sales person was unconcerned regarding this. They did not have what we were looking for but promised to ring us and keep us updated on any new cars coming in. They never rang. We called in again and was told they would contact us. Never did. My husband bought from Mercedes Blackpool. We were sorry to say glutton for punishment. We went back to Blackburn for me a SLK convertible. They had one but was told they had taken a deposit on it. It was being test driven today 24 June but would definitely ring me to confirm one way or another. They did not ring, I rang at .4.30 today the car was sold and the person who was to ring me back..well it was his day off. In the last three years this dealership has gone from very good to bad. I am purchasing from Mercedes in Carlisle.
I recently attempted to buy a two year old E220 coupe from Marshall Mercedes Blackburn. However, because I asked for a 4.33% discount on £22k car I was treated with ignorance and disdain. I wrote to one of the directors asking why a customer was being treated in the way I was, just because I used my right to negotiate a discount on a £22k car. I did get a brief reply saying a "manager" a faceless person called Chris would contact me. LOL.. that did not happen. So if you have pockets full of money and you do not want a discount you will be welcome but beware if you want a small reduction in a buyers market as they will treat you like a 2nd class citizen. The sales chap Mr Steve Davies was great but from there upwards they hide behind there doors and job titles.
