Marshall & Son Motors are an absolutely fantastic company, they have great communication and a professional and polite manner. I am really pleased with the customer service, they explained everything clearly and I didn't feel rushed one bit. They showed me everything in great detail, and even sorted me a few little issues that I found before buying. It was THE best car buying experience I have ever had, they were honest about everything and really went above and beyond for me. It is nice to finally find a dealer that is there for the customer and not the money, I am kicking myself for not using these earlier, they really went above expectations, and even sorted my private plates out for me, they really are a one in a million.

It was a great experience buying with Marshall & Son Motors in Walsall. The guys were great to deal with and gave me all of the necessary info needed and then some! My Range Rover is a great motor and has been driving very well so far. I have nothing to raise, so I can't complain. If I was after in a new motor in a few years, I wouldn't hesitate to return to these chaps again.

Ed was absolutely amazing when my Jeep Wrangler, he presented the car beautifully and looked after me so well. He answered any questions that I had and accommodated me throughout so well. My Jeep is driving beautifully and is great fun behind the wheel. I went to Marshall Motors after seeing a Peugeot RCZ online, I enquired and secured the car over the phone, it was THE one!! Really good communication from the get go, they always kept me updated always rang me with any information... they were just amazing with the whole sale. My RCZ is a great car and is running extremely well, its so nice, I love everything about it! I had a really good experience with the garage and would definitely return again!

I cannot find a single fault with any part of my new purchase. I found a Kia Sportage and it fitted per4fectly for what I wanted. I couldn't not buy it, and I'm glad I did, it is a great car and has been very reliable up to now. I thought it was in great condition for a 61 plate as well, really clean and tidy and minimal wear and tear. The guys were fantastic, they were really helpful and did everything they could for me and MORE. I highly recommend and will happily shop here again!
