MD car sales was very helpful and courteous when I was looking for a used car. The sales manager went overboard in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted I would certainly recommend them to anybody and I will use their services again. Thank you once again MD car sales.
I'd stay away from the garage at all cost!! Not worth the hassle or time! Unless you want a car that'll only last a few weeks stay away! Shocking attitude received.

thank you for your review we have been expecting for it. In 30 years of dealing with cars i have never had to deal with such a rude disrespectful dishonest set of people even resulting in your boyfriend bringing one of my staff to tears . When we received your phone call nearly a month after purchase to say you had a few minor issues with your car we said no problem we ll book it in to our garage and sort them for you you were happy with this. you then decided you didn't want to do the 40 minute journey for the repairs doing (these took the garage half a day)and you wanted a full refund we agreed to a refund but with a small reduction for the 1500 miles that you had done in the car you again was unhappy with this stating the car was not fit for purpose and dangerous to drive yet you then kept using the car to take your children to school doing another 380 miles. (In a car that you deemed a DANGER ! ) we feel we have been more then fair from start to finish even going as far as to fit 3 new tyres on that didn't need fitting we have now refunded your money and you still feel the need to pull us down and make up lies about us unfortunately you just can't please every one and i truly feel sorry for the next dealer that as the misfortune of having to deal with you or your family.

Bought my seat Ibiza from here had it six months now and been a fab car had a slight issue with a flat battery a couple of weeks in and mick sorted me a new one with no problem at all would use again and would recommend great service and really good after care

I recently purchased a kia sportage, on Monday from md car sales, as i needed a bigger car because I have children, so I px my first ever small car, I absolutely love the car and it was a fab price for the condition, they was a tiny mark on 1 side which wasent described in the advert however I would just class it as wear and tear for the cars age, overall very happy with the car and it is 100% what I wanted.thank you md car sales.

I purchased a car from this outfit on on Saturday 20th June 2020 at a cost of £4995 paid in cash. On getting the vehicle home some 40 miles away i noticed the air con was not working .. I was told by the so call car sales outfit that any minor repairs could be carried out local where I live and they would cover it on the warrenty. I have the air con repaired on the following weekend just 7 days into owing the vehicle the cost of the repair £100.00 pounds I sent the receipt off to MD cars and was told they would cover £29.00 of it. A further 5 day later I had an oil light come on so I took it to the garrage, They surgested it needed a service as the car had not been serviced for 19 months. The cost of this was a further £400.00 I contacted MD again and all they did was laugh and said they were not going to pay for the service. I told them that I was advised to change the tyres on the vehicle at a further cost of £230.00 and tracking would be needed.. They were not interested.. The car on collection had not been cleaned and smelt of dog. To have it valetted cost me £60.00. I am now seeking legal action against this so called reputable outfit. I suggest anyone thinking of buying anything from MD cars should think twice. I have adised owner that of my action in writing this awful coment and that i am going to seek legal action and I have no doubt he will come on here and give his crap version.. However. MD cars offered a 30 day warrenty which they refused to comply with.. And I am only 20 days into that. I have advised him the Warrenty they offer is NOT worther the paper is written on,

This is a untrue review off a very rude nasty man the truth is we agreed to pay £29 for the aircon regassing at your local garage as you didnt want to travel back to our garage for us to do it however decided to inform us a week later it had now cost £100 which up to now you have not been able to produce a receipt to prove this work as been done at a garage only a paypal receipt which is addressed to a home not a business even after many emails you still havent come up with this receipt. two weeks later you decided to take your car for a full health check and service you sent us this report showing that the car had no faults all was in top condition no repairs needed and had four tyres that were more than fine( nothing to report is what it said ) After receiving this report you then rung telling us we needed to pay the £300 for the service that you had decided to have done and that you wanted 4 new tyres fitting we told you that we wouldnt be paying for any new tyres as the report you had sent us clearly stated that all four tyres were ok and above average as for the service you bought the car knowing what service it came with and if you wanted to get your car serviced thats up to you its not down to us to pay for it. you were clearly un happy that we wouldnt pay for the service and voiced this by cursing swearing and calling me every name under the sun stating you were going to ruin me well no one needs to put up with this type of attitude and be spoke to in this way. as for it not been clean you viewed the car twice test drove it and never mentioned this until we asked for the receipt for the aircon this car was fully valeted by our very hard working valeter and was not dirty. after a number of abusive telephone calls from you during this time and having to put up with your foul language and name calling we had no choice but to hand it all over to trading standards who are now dealing with it. we have now been told to have no more contact with you and are now awaiting to hear from your solicitor. i hope this can clear things up to old and new customers thank you .
Bought a car from here just before christmas. Had a little issue with it and MD cars sorted it straight away. Fantastic, stress free 5 star service. Highly recommended
