My husband recently became disabled at 57 Heartbreaking for us since he now carnt work So ordered a car from the mobility car salesman He was only young telling us about his hang over from the night before Ordered car in January Stating it would be here in March Waited three months and still no car Every time I rang they said they would buisy and would ring back But nobody did Went down to the branch And to cut a long story short The young lad hadn’t put the car threw until the end of February Over one month late Now we have to hire a car And the car won’t be here now until June And that’s not a guarantee

I was very well looked after at point of enquiry all the way through to collection day by Ian Kramer. I received regular phone calls to make sure everything was ok and was even sent a personal video when my new car arrived at the show room. Buying a new car is special day and Mercedes and Ian making it even more special.
