I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from here back in August. The service was okay but the car wast clean and there were a few things wrong with it that were not mentioned prior to purchase. I have also had issues with the gearbox. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I bought a car from this place a few years ago, on the day I purchased the car we noted the display in the car was not working the salesman said it was a minor job and any garage could repair it for next to nothing, well this turned out not to the case I took it to my local garage for safety checks after I purchased it the garage gave me a report not that this car was a death trap and should not be on the road, when I feed this back to the Midlands motor house, they accused me and the garage of tempering with the car and told me in the not so kindest way to go and tell my problems to someone who cares, well I pray this never happens to you midland motorhouse

Hello Buyer, just to clarify if you have bought the car a few years ago, you have got the wrong garage, we have only been opened for 8 Months.
Bought a BMW 525d back In February, Since now no problems at all, excellent customer service, highly recommended Car Garage, They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them
Disgusted with midland motorhouse peterborough. They told me the car was fine no problems everything is fine apart from the bodywork, which we both agreed to was something i could deal with, the day i brought it it was playing up! they was using the car as their own little run around car even when i put a deposit on it turns out the gear box and clutch has gone on it so i almost got killed coming home the car is off the road asked for a full refund got refused as they said it was being sold as spares and repairs when it wasnt advertised!! absolute disgrace of a company. happy to take money but not give the customer service. put the money towards manners!

I'm sorry everything about the car was so bad :( We're looking for another run around and have seen a car from a company called Cambridgeshire Motor House. I know it has been under that name since around December but I'm wondering if it is the same place as where you got yours just under a new name. If you could help I'd really appreciate. I bought an Audi A3 which I found on Auto Trader back in June. Good service! They were helpful and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the condition of the car. I purchased the car in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend them.
