well informed and excellent service

Absolutely terrible, wasted £7,500. Bought a car from them, waited 2 weeks to pick it up drove 60 miles to fetch it to then have to wait around for 3 hours until it was ready, they hadn’t done the jobs promised. Broke down half way home had to crawl back in limp mode, argued on the phone for a week As they wanted me crawl it back up the motorway 😂 they agreed to fetch it, I told them what the problem was and it came back with an elastic band holding the brake switch up. A month later engine started making really loud noises rang up to get them sorted and kept getting told someone would call back and when I eventually got in contact with the service manager I was told the warranty had ran out because I had waited that long for someone to speak to me. Laughed at and told it was tough luck and to email the boss, no one ever replied. Car went in the garage, cost me over £1,000 to fix all the problems and my brake switch is still hanging on by an elastic band. They refuse to acknowledge any emails and the service manager refuses to call me back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A great 9.5/10. Purchased a car between Christmas and New Year after seeing it on Autotrader. Phoned and spoke to Arshad, explained that I was going to travel 2.5 hours to see the car, he confirmed all the details of the advert over the phone and set off. When I got there, very friendly and very laid back which was a nice change from all of the Main Dealer Sales People. Saw the car and had a chat about it then a test drive. I was doing a P/X with quite a rough old car and they offered me a very reasonable price, which was more than I was expecting. After noticing a few little defects on the car, I was rest assured that they would be taken care of prior to handover of the vehicle a week later. It was so easy and stress free that I was more than happy to put a deposit on the car. Still very friendly and nice and slow. For once, a car dealership doesn't want you straight in and out! After another cup of coffee, I set back on the 170 mile drive home. Within three days, they had carried out a service, an MOT and replaced two tyres along with preparing the small paint scratches and things that were pointed out when I first saw the car. I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on. On the day of pick up, I looked over the car and they had done a great job on the paint work and I was very happy. It has been a very pleasant purchase and I will strongly recommend and endorse this garage! I understand that everyone looks at reviews and wants to slate companies but I cannot see their problem. I have read the reviews on here and alot of the complaints are down to snags with the vehicles. There is one snag outstanding on the car, it isn't a major snag so I really wasn't bothered about it but if I want to be really picky I would have said that the final clean could have been done better and the spare tyre shelf could have been replaced. But these items does not detract from the 9.5/10 and the 5* rating. Thanks Arshad and the rest of the team!
