Garage took my car in for repair, lent me a another car on their insurance and repaired car free of charge.Excellent service from all the company's amazing staff and especially the mechanics. The car had a full 40 point check before we collected it and the service team seem very competant. Overall very pleased with car and customer service. Would not hesitate in recommending this garage.

I purchased a car in August 2018 from MK Automobiles. I had the car for 1 week and the coolant light came on. I topped up the coolant and kept on loosing coolant. I took the car back and they could find no leak and was given the car back. After 2 weeks the car kept loosing coolant and I took the car back a second time. This time they said it was leaking from a seal and would order the part. After 1 week had gone no call from dealer. I phoned and was told part arrived but was damaged so would re order part and would ring when it arrived, again, 1 week had gone and no phone call. I phoned and was told they would ring back to bring car in for repair. Still no phone call. I have no had to pay for a garage to repair my car. The sales team are excellent, but after sales terrible. I would not buy from there again.

Very bad service at MK Automobiles. Been given keys and left with car. After two days engine lights orange and red come up with two issues. I rang them to find solutions But they just Promise me that they will call back and never did.they offered me to bring the car (103 miles one way) and leave for them to fix but dont know how long it will take and not even want to pay for expenses.plus don’t do courtesy car. Not worth it to buy a think from them

Bought a used car and full service for a year. Had a problem after 3 drives, no support whatsoever, intimidating and useless. I'd suggest to really consider dealing with them. I can understand the good reviews if the car doesn't have a problem and you don't really need 'support' and 'service', but it's when problems arise that you can really see if a company is good or not. And MK automobiles rochdale is not.

for a used car dealer the vehicles are prepared to a very respectable standard. Free MOT fee for life, discount on future services. They want you back here not just here for your money, family run business with a great reputation, if you look all various reviews online and with my experience 10 out of 10

went to collect car after giving them a weeks notice,got to ahow room was told to hang on must take a call,er hello am a customer sat in front of you!!!,was told Car was ready,er no,no valet mouldy seats,smelly inside,i pointed out the seat was broken,told thats how it is,oh then was given £20 to valet it myself,oh not a happy bunny at all,got the car home had issues with searing, suspension,seat,got phone call saying would sort it,they would ring back with a booking in date last Monday,guess what,no phone call.

When I bought the car, like everyone I like to get a good deal. Last time I bought the car I got a full tank of fuel. They were unwilling to do this the second time round so instead I asked for a service, oil change etc. It was never done. Also car now has an oil leak when I bought there warranty for 2 years. However does not cover this repair. Never using these idiots again. Waste of time and money.
