MK Wheels is a rubbish car dealer not sure where they get the stock but not enough precautions are in place so they not selling just a hunk of metal.

MK Wheels is like a bomb site. Agreed to view car at a set time, I arrived on time only to find the car buried behind a row of other cars. Kept waiting 15 mins for the guy then not to answer his phone, then when he did show up the car wouldn’t start! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Now the actual truth!! You had to wait 10min and we apologised for the being late. We have over 100 cars in stock and in this weather conditions it's understandable to have flat battery sometimes. As I was going to start the car with the booster pack you said leave it im not interested and I politely replied that's absolutely fine. Now this review sounds more like based on hate then the actual experience you've had at our garage as you didn't even let me start the car or test drove or seen any paper work. We have many satisfied GENUINE customers.
Car was sold as if in very good condition, a number of issues with the car, broke down with a major mechanical problem after just 7 days, customer service during the time getting the car repaired was absolutely rubbish, would not recommend them and would not go back again once I’m finished with this car.

We are sorry to hear you've had issues with the car you bought from us. You didn't give any details about the car. i.e reg, make ,model etc.. I'm sure we must have sorted it out to your satisfaction. We must have either got the car fixed or issued you a full refund. Used car can develop issues and that's why we either try to fix it or issue full refund as per customers satisfaction. Regards
