We purchased from them Kia Stoic Car in March 2023 and their delivery service; they sent me damage and faulty with evidence car; we informed them immediately and sent photos but they ignored us completely. Car had some major issues on the wheels and steering; We paid Kia and local garages to fix the issues about £3000+ Please don't trust them; they sell faulty cars. I have each evidence and records.
The car did have problems with the DPF system and a missing key, But Ash was great, it took a while to sort out the DPF system and longer for the spare key but the key had to come from Germany. They don't jump on you the moment you walk into the showroom, they leave you for a while to look around. Will definitely use more cars again

My Z4 is definitely a head turner and incredibly fun to drive, I have zero regrets buying this car! The care the team show to their customers is very good, all of my questions were answered and they were thoroughly informative. 4 stars from me because no one is perfect, although these guys are pretty close 😜

Ok so, I was being very particular when I decided it was time to buy my next car. Having a pink Fiat 500 I was adamant that my next car needed to be pink, this was proving to be somewhat a challenge so I decided to broaden my horizons. If I knew earlier how good my VW would be I would have bought it so much sooner! Its not pink but it is a lovely shade of blue and most importantly it is soooo much nicer to drive than the Fiat. When I was going through the process of buying my car I dealt with a team member called Ash, I liked him very much - he was helpful and polite throughout.

This is such an accommodating dealership, after a four hour drive to get to them I wanted to get straight down to business and get home with my new car. They were so conscious of this and did all they could to get things sorted as efficiently as possible. I was heading back home in no time feeling very happy in my new Merc, which is an absolutely wicked car I must say! From the get go there was a mutual trust between myself and the dealership which was refreshing.
