I have just bought an Evoque from these guys, I am always a bit apprehensive about traveling nearly 100 miles to view (from the Isle of wight) but I should not have worried. The car was as described, there were a few minor blemishes but we were able to negotiate a deal. I was also able to drive the car away on the day, very helpful for me!! Many thanks to the team, especially Chris!!

Do not buy a car from this company ! Bought a VW polo from them in August 2020 and I've had nothing but trouble . The car has broken down on 3 separate occasions . The warranty they supplied is not worth the paper its written on . Two separate , unrelated faults caused the car to go into limp mode . Repairs were done and the car returned for the second time in December. Then 2 days after the car was returned ,it broke down again. Told them I wanted a refund as the car was clearly not fit for purpose , but they wanted me to go through the warranty company again . I've had to pay out for hire cars , while it's in the garage being repaired . Tried to claim a refund from the small claims court but Mototom aren't accepting liability. I now have a car sitting on my drive that doesn't work and have had to buy another car from a REPUTABLE DEALER. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before buying a car from Mototom , as it sounds as though other people have been ripped off by this company. If you're considering buying a car from them , please think again ... appalling !!!

Came in to look for a new car after mine recently broke down. Was greeted by an amazing team which helped me find a perfect car in a very reasonable price range. The process was fast and smooth and I also found out they offer finance which is great! Would 100% go back.
