We have just purchased a 4 series BMW from Pasha and Sheik at Motors4u. I cannot fault the service we got. New MOT excellent condition and great customer service. I would highly recommend and will be in contact when we next upgrade. If you want a prestige car they are definitely worth a look.

Avoid Motor 4U Ltd by any means. Sales people have no knowledge of cars, HPI wasn’t cleared, bought 4x4 and had problems within the first week and company was threatening on the phone not being helpful at all. As genuine advice I would urge anybody to not purchase from this company. Seems to be nothing but a scam.

Me and my girlfriend purchased a Range Rover sport from the lads at motor 4 u , the lads there were great from the start and stayed in contact to let us know the car was still there at the end of the week as we were driving from Sunderland. It’s a lovely car great price And a professional service. I got the car checked over when I got home and found a few things that needed fixing so I rang the garage and they were more than happy to get it back on the road such a professional business and group of lads would 100% recommend and use again

Stay away from motor4u.com, they like to sell crashed repaired cars, and the after sale service is a joke, once they have your money, they forget about you. Was sold a Fiesta ST in August last year 2017, turned out it had been crashed and not repaired correctly, I had a £1000 repair bill to sort out, which I had to pay for, and that was with the car under warranty. And I see I’m not the only one having problems with Motors4u.com.

I found the exact car priced well. They were pleasant to deal with from start to finish and couldnt do enough to help facilitate a smooth transaction. They had some cracking cars in there and mine was at the lower end 10k but the service was as if i was buying 3. Nice, trustworthy guys. Highly recommended Chris Isle of Man
I bought a car there in May 2017. Was happy with it till last february 2018. During car wash paint went off from above rear left wheel part. I wrote email to Motors4You and no reply. When I come back from my holiday I called them and they said HPI was clear and does not even matter I have AA extra cover for 12 months (what I paid for extra) as they are not covering paintwork. Went to a car garage near to me and after 10 seconds they said this is after accident car as the left side is not reflecting sun light as it should be. And when they open the boot they showed me evidence - car was repaired. was surprised as when I was buying the car from them I have asked about 4 times is that car was repaired before. Reply was NO. I do not know much about cars so I blind just believe the seller. However guy from a garage said if someone know just a bit about cars when you look at this car is clear visible it was repaired so it is NOT possible they did not spot that. Summary of all this is DO NOT BUY the car from a dealer. I paid nearly 14k from, from private seller I would pay around 2k less so 2k in my pocket in case any hidden issues. I believed when I am paying more in dealer I do not need to worry at all. That is why is more expensive but you have a confident buy. FAIL. All you have is HPI what you can do by yourself for a way cheaper money. This car should have a category and they hide the fact it is after accident.
Put a deposit on a vehicle £500. Wouldn't return deposit when I couldn't get to see vehicle. They do not follow your consumer rights. Went to small claims but settled before court. Horrible emails stating he would deliver car to my address and claim full funds.

Customer left a deposit and then took over two weeks to respond to our numerous emails and telephone calls to tell us he was not having the car anymore. The only reason I settled was because I would have to travel to wales and I have better things to do with my time than waste it on time wasters that have no consideration for a company who work on small margins and high turnover. I was glad we sold the car to a friend who loves it.
Great Customer Service , purchased our fifth vehicle from this lovely family run business yesterday, we love our electric mitsubishi outlander and the guys could not have been more helpful, so glad we found this company over 20 years ago and they have not changed with growth, still booming, thanks again Merry Xmas and a prosperous new year to you all
