In past I bought car from there and it was nightmare to deal with them. Car was after accident what wasn't it discretion and I couldn't tell in first. In the end it cost me a lot of money to sort this on my own as they didn't help.

Disgusting. Absolutely disrespectful colleagues who do not care about you at all. They show a lack of respect and professionalism. I have been here multiple times for different cars but everytime I get the same negative atmosphere from them. I chose a BMW X5 and they said that I should pay the deposit today and I can take it for a test drive and get the car three days later. I then listened to this and I came back in three days. I arrived at 12 o’clock, bearing in mind they said that I can come anytime on the day, they then told me to wait half an hour because the car was getting an MOT check. I believed them and waited but then after half an hour of waiting they said that it will be ready at 3 o’clock which was over 2 and a half hours away. And I didn’t know where to go as I was far from home and didn’t know the area at all. I then somehow found the town centre and I spent my time there just strolling waiting for time to go by. Then at 3 o’clock I was back at the garage when they said that they refuse to sell me the car for no reason at all. I was confused but they said that I had a negative attitude and refuse to sell the car. I then called the police and they surprisingly arrived within minutes. They said that they came very quickly because they have had multiple complaints from here so they got here as soon as possible. Motorhub then said that they will refund my deposit I which I wasn’t happy about because I wanted the car that they refused to sell for no reason. I then showed them the deposit policy and the contract papers which I signed but the police said they can’t do anything so I will now be taking them to court. Also during the arguements they swore in front of my 4 year old son and 15 year old son. I will be taking them to court for this disgraceful behaviour. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Bunch of cowboys stay clear. celica gt4- they told me on phone the car was ready to "drive away" ..drove 5hrs30 to go see it, got there. not as described. leaking rear diff, broken door trim shoddy paint etc and a flat battery! they didnt advertise the plate so i could only run a check when i got there, turns out no mot! the whole thing stank from the word go. they then tried convincing me to buy it and take it for a mot myself amongst other dodgy sales tactics.. i lost/ they took a 200 pound deposit i had previously left them(in process of complaining to trading standards) ... anyway i bailed before anything els happened and got out of there.. didnt feel safe by the end of it and my head was twisted because of these guys, i have mental health issues as it is so these people are quite happy to prey on vunerable people... STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE SELFISH UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!

Rude staff Arrogant full of rubbish Stay away from MOTORHUB Keighley

I purchased a winter runner an AUDI A6 all road it was very good value . It does need a little TLC but this was not a reflection of its quality as a reliable runner for the winter. Motor Hub were helpful at all times and acted with integrity .

If I could select less than 1 star for the Motor Hub then I would. Called up regarding a Lamborghini Gallardo and arranged viewing/purchase. The salesman (Danny) has reassured me that everything is good with the car. Out of goodwill, I had sent over £250 to hold it for me only to find out that the vehicles mileage had been clocked back twice! Registration: BX09WCO. When I confronted the salesmen who I had dealt with (Danny) over the phone, he had abruptly refused to refund my £250 and had started to blame me for not doing my checks correctly (the number plate was covered in the image). Being such a large company with a high end vehicle, I did not think that they would hide such major things, hence why I did not do a mileage check. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
