I originally came to MotorTrust Lancaster to look at a Qashqai, but when I saw the Land Rover, I knew I had to look into it. Nick was happy to let me take a closer look, and after being allowed a test drive, I fell in love with it. The staff at this dealership went above and beyond, giving the vehicle a full MOT, applying ceramic coating, and ensuring it was validated to an extremely high standard. When I went to pick it up, I was astounded by how immaculate it appeared. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and attention to detail. "Highly recommended!

After a stressful time finding a vehicle following an accident, my Nana and I visited MotorTrust in Lancaster and met Nick. He approached us kindly, asking what we were looking for, though we weren’t quite sure at the time since everything was still a bit of a shock. Nick was incredibly helpful, showing us around and getting keys to different options so we could check out the interiors. He even let us go for a test drive. Throughout the process, Nick was fantastic in helping us find the perfect match. While waiting, we got talking to Greg, the boss, who generously lent us a vehicle until ours was ready for collection. There were a few dents in the one we chose, but MotorTrust assured us it would be taken care of, and they sent it to a body shop to have it looking brand new. We’re over the moon with the service and the vehicle we purchased. Thank you so much! I 100% recommend MotorTrust. The staff are amazing—kind, easy to talk to, and truly helpful!
