I dealt with James when purchasing my car and he was extremely helpful and professional and helpful from start to finish, promptly responds to enquiries via email or phone. No pushy sales techniques which makes you feel a lot more comfortable. Would highly recommend 😊

Motorclasss in the worst company in the world!!! Went to the dealership two weeks ago to purchase a car, left a £500 deposit and they agreed terms. Took them 5 days to get back to me to see if I have been accepted, said I got accepted, but for double the monthly payments - 1st lie. As I told them I cannot afford anything more expensive I will not be going ahead with the purchase. They told me they would send me my deposit within 24 hours - 2nd lie. I then rang them every single day for two weeks for them to keep fobbing me off saying “it will be in your account within the hour” 2 weeks later they finally passed my number to the manager who then had the CHEEK to ask me for a bank statement to confirm I had paid a deposit!!!!!! Finally, 2 weeks later I have my deposit back. Absolute joke of a company, would dread to think if I did purchase the car how they would try and con me. Will be making sure none of my friends go to these con artists !!!!!!

I was introduced to Steve at Motorclass who brought the car to the showroom and let me take the car out for a drive, time was no problem and i was able to inspect the car at my leisure. Steve was courteous, polite and helpful at all times.

What a fantastic experience coming here the showroom is immaculate and so many beautiful cars to choose from I dealt with who was so laid back and relaxed and allowed me to browse the showroom and test drive on my own. Got to say I will be back to Motorclass

When we first arrived Craig met us with the keys we was left to view the car at our leisure once we decided to purchase we where introduce to Rex who talked us through all our options in a clear and relax atmosphere all in all a very good experience would highly recommend Motorclass, they were great We will deal again in the future Many thanks dave

The way this company and the MD Alan Barton deal with customers is nothing short of disgusting. A £500 deposit was taken from me to reserve a car with absolutely no paperwork, so when I complained and requested the following day the refund of my £500, I was told that it was 'non refundable' and he (Alan Barton) is now refusing to sell me the car and also refuses to refund my deposit. He then very arrogantly just told me to 'go legal' and subsequently put the phone down on me. This guy is an absolute con man and shouldn't be allowed to prey on unsuspecting customers who put their faith and trust in them to buy a motor vehicle. Watch this space and this & I would not have posted even 1 star as they deserve nothing.
