When we were at the dealership buying the Renault Clio, they were really good and professional, I couldn't fault the customer service. Since buying the car, the spare key has stopped working, and there is an issue with the radio playing if I don't disconnect my Bluetooth before getting out of the car, but other than that, it is driving well. I'd give my overall experience a 4 out of 5.

My mate bought a car from there in the past, so he recommended it to me, and it was boss, to be honest. They offered to show us round or let us just walk around on our own. I went for a test drive the day before I bought the car and then came back and did all the paperwork, which was straightforward.

After looking on AutoTrader it was between a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Focus. I went with the Ford Focus in the end and am glad I did, they are good cars. It has been perfect. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was good. I would buy from there again. 5 stars

It was Ronnie who I dealt with on the day. I went into Motorology to have a look around. What I liked was that there was no pressure or hard sell, I was left to get on with it. I took the Qashqai for a test drive and went ahead with the purchase. Initially I thought there was an issue with the start-stop, but it turns out that is just how it works depending on engine warmth, etc. Now I'm used to it, I'm enjoying it, and it is driving well. My daughter is currently doing her driving lessons, we will go back to motorology to get her a car based on my experience.

My new Fiat 500 has been all good. I was looking online when the one advertised at Motorology just popped up. Nothing in particular stood out, I was just in and out, to be honest, as I already knew what I wanted. Although I would recommend it to others.

Getting on just fine with the Skoda Fabia we bought from Motorology, I have been enjoying it since the purchase. In regard to my experience at the dealership, it was pretty quick and easy. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but he was helpful, so I'd give it a 5-star rating.

Overall, my experience with Motorology has been okay, I did encounter an issue with one of the reverse lights, but I think its just a bulb so I will sort that myself. Qad who dealt with me was okay can't really complain. I was looking online and liked the car, then I sent them a message. Mechanically the car is ok so that's all I wanted, can't fault them.

My experience with Motorology was bang on! I didn't want to travel if I could help it, so the fact that I could get the car delivered, test drive it and then pay for it once I was happy was the dealbreaker for me!

I haven't really been able to drive the car as I haven't been well, but my grandson's been driving the Focus and he's been really happy with it. Everything down at the Motorology was fine, I hadn't had a car for a while and needed some new wheels.

The Honda jazz I purchased from Motorology is really good and the staff were really helpful!
