Everything with my Seat Leon hasn't been too bad for the moment. I have noticed that second gear is a bit stiff when I first get in the car but after driving for a little bit, it does seem to loosen up so Ill keep an eye on that in the coming weeks. Andy was the gentleman who looked after me on the day and he couldn't have been any better. He was brilliant and the fact he stayed past his finishing time to wait for me while I travelled down was a great help.

My online search led me to Motortrust, where I found a Mercedes A-Class in fantastic condition. When I went for a test drive, I was impressed that it drove just as well as it looked. The handover process was a breeze, and the car was beautifully clean inside and out; it was the cherry on top of an already great experience. A big thank you to the whole team for all their help. I can't fault my Peugeot 2008 it's been good, and although I've only used it for the smaller trips, I've got no issues to report.

I absolutely love my Mini from Motortrust! It’s such a lovely car to drive, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Going to Motortrust was definitely a great decision. They had a wide selection of cars to choose from, and when I finally made my decision, the team was fantastic. They were down to earth, approachable, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The staff really went out of their way to ensure everything was explained clearly, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The whole process, from choosing the car to completing the paperwork, was smooth and hassle-free. 

So far the Ford Transit does exactly what we need it to. As for my experience, I thought the customer service was spot on from the team because at no point was there any pressure. The van had been valeted before collection, but there were a few areas that weren't 100%, though they haven't impacted the performance, so it's not a huge issue. I'd give the whole experience 4.5*. My old van broke down, so I needed a quick turnaround, and Motortrust was very accommodating of this. My partner's looking for a new car next summer, and MotorsTrust will be the first place we check!

Paul was great while I was buying my Kia Sportage, he provided great service and it was great to know the car came with a fresh MOT and service. I need to pop back in the dealership to get the service light removed, but with me being 30 minutes from MotorTrust, it's not an issue.
