Bought my daughters car from here. Two weeks later and less than 200 miles the clutch went. I spoke to Nigel who dealt with it all with no quibbles or an argument. A week later one new clutch had been sorted for the car. A clutch can go at anytime it’s how it was dealt with when it did that impressed me. Well done Nigel and thanks 👍

Our Ford that we got from here is absolutely perfect, myself and my husband could not be any happier with it, it looks amazing and it drives well. Norman who looked after us from start to finished was faultless, he did all the paperwork and he made sure everything ran smoothly so that we did not have to do a single thing and this took the stress off us both and made it a simple transaction. We are extremely grateful to Norman for everything he has done for us, he really was a superstar. I would rate these higher than a 5 if I could do purely on how Norman dealt with everything. He really did go above and beyond our expectations.

I was doing an online search because I was interested in buying a BMW X1. I looked online at MP Motor Company based in Preston and they had the most stock to choose from. I went down to see them in person to take a look at them and found the one which I liked the most. I arranged to go for a test run in the car, it was awesome to drive and it looked stunning so my mind was made up to buy the car. Everything was completed quickly and the service from the team was first class. I'm thrilled to bits with my new car and I have even recommend my mum to go and speak to Norman because she is looking for a new car. This is the second car I have bought from MP in Preston and on both occasions I was very happy with the high standard of customer service and after care which I received from them. Niko is very down to earth and not the pushy type which is what I like and this makes me feel really comfortable dealing with him. I'm well chuffed with my car which I bought from him and I will be certain to come back here again when I'm looking to buy my next car. I have not used MP Motor Company in Preston before, I happened to find out about them when I was searching online for a new motor and I found my Hyundai listed through Auto Trader with them. I gave them a call and I spoke to someone called Nigel who asked me if I wanted to come and see the car in person and take it for a test drive. When I arrived at their showroom in Preston I was met by Nigel again who was very welcoming and showed me around the car telling me to take all the time I needed and he allowed me to take the car for a good test drive. The car was smooth on the road and it was lovely to drive so I went back to the dealership and sealed the deal there and then. All of the documents were done quickly and I was driving away in my new car. I'm very pleased with my car and the service from Nigel and I would not hesitate to recommend these to all my family and friends and I would come back here again when I'm ready for an upgrade.
