I am absolutely delighted with the Jaguar, I have no complaints at all. It hasn't let me down once, drives exactly how I expected it would be, it really ticks all of the boxes for me, I am so pleased with it! When I got the car home, I noticed a little dint that wasn't' there when I first viewed the car, so I mentioned that to the guys and they got that sorted no problems at all. They got that all repaired to perfection for me, and didn't even try and charge me, it was all part of the service which I was so impressed with! As for the actual service during the sale, I thought it was fantastic, my sales guy was really friendly, I felt as if I could ask him anything. They really deserve the top marks, I am happy all the way round it was completely stress free!

MP Motor Company are very kind and courteous. Not long after taking my Skoda away, I had a little issue with the switch, so I rang the team who got that sorted for me right away no issues at all. Jamie was a really nice young man, he got everything sorted for me, and made the sale really simple. I would happily buy from MP again!

I have no adverse comments regarding my little Corsa. I have been out in it every day since buying it, only little trips, I don't do long journeys no more, and it has started everyday and got me right where I needed to be. It were perfectly tidy when I went and got it, and the team looked after me ever so well, I cannot say a bad thing about it. I would have to give the highest Mark to MP Motor Company.

I have absolutely zero complaints regarding the GLE. It is a lovely car to drive, I feel like I am sitting in luxury. It is in immaculate condition for a 7 year old car, so I cannot complain at all. As for the customer service, I thought they were great, it was my first time and I would definitely buy from them again!

It was my first time using MP Motor Company, and I would definitely use them again. I purchased the Jaguar F-Pace they had, and instantly fell in love as soon as I saw it. The customer service was perfect, they got everything sorted in a matter of no time, and the car was immaculate. Highly recommend and deserve no less than 5 stars.

My partner and I normally go to the same 'main' dealer without fail for our cars but this time we decided to take a risk and try somewhere else and it definately paid off. When we have strayed from our regular dealer in the past we have been let down by the customer service and have walked away. This was not the case at MP from the moment we arrived the team were so welcoming. We mostly dealt with Craig and he really was fabulous, I had lost of questions and he was more than happy to assist. When we were viewing the cars we didn't feel like we were 'pounced' on. Once we had viewed and test driven the car, we made the purchase which was straightforward and we were even able to arrange to have the car delivered to our home which was so convenient. We are more than happy with the Mercedes we chose, there hasn't been a single issue with it. We have already recommended MP to family members. Honestly we are blown away by the standard of service!
