Let me start by saying if the customer service wasn't good here I wouldn't have bothered buying, I appreciate good service and attentive staff and that is just what I got here! The team are very very nice people. The Mini I bought is a lovely car, absolutely smashing. I am very pleased with it indeed.

Went to MP motors and had a look at a couple of cars, liked the no pressure selling from any staff buy they was on hand to answer any questions and help when needed. Came away with a beautiful new car ordered with an amazing spec. No pressure selling like others usually do for extras.. all in all a great experience and I’m more than happy with my new wheels

Really great customer service provided by the team at MP Motor Company in Preston. They were friendly and made it really enjoyable, I've never said that before when spending £1000's of pounds. I am very pleased with my Nissan X-Trail, it is driving really well and is perfectly suited for my needs. I would definitely recommend to others, a great experience.

Absolutely perfect from end to end, I am totally over the moon. My A1 is a gorgeous car and I absolutely love driving it. The guys who served me were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. No other dealership even comes close to these guys, they smashed it out of the park with everything they did! I definitely recommend for sure, it was hassle free and really easy. I left with 100% satisfaction and would definitely pass on my recommendations!

Lee was absolutely brilliant with me when I bought my BMW, he was really helpful and there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he ensured I was 100% happy before finalising the sale, and explained everything to me in great detail! So far everything is going really well and I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend their service!

The most down to earth and relaxed dealership I've ever visited, everybody was spot on but James in particular, was absolutely fantastic. He is a brilliant bloke and topped off the experience, it was more of a day out than a serious purchase. I got along with James well and didn't feel he was ever pulling the wool over my eyes, he was really genuine. If I could buy another car off of them I would, they were that good that I just want to do it all over again!
