Can't complain about Rafaqat, who was the person I was dealing with on the day there was a bit of confusion with the tax. I have had an issue with the brakes squeaking, which they have tried to fix, but I'm still having the problem. It was difficult to get in contact with them after the sale, but other than that, everything was okay,, so I'd still give my overall experience a four star rating.

We originally went to Motor Trust looking to swap our Lexus and weren't really sure what we were looking for. We saw the Audi in the showroom and decided it was the one for us. The car was in good nick, which was one of the main reasons we chose it, and it seemed to drive alright when we viewed it. There was one issue during the process regarding the sale of our Lexus. We had to make two or three phone calls to chase things up, and it took a while to get sorted. However, it was resolved in the end, and I think it was because there wasn't always someone on site dealing with that side of things. Despite that, the team were very good overall.
