I'd recommend Motortrust Bury based on my experience buying the Jaguar I-Pace back in April. Tom at the dealership was great.

The car has been alright, although there is a bit of a problem with it that I'm hoping to sort out through the warranty. Aside from that, my experience with Motor Trust was good. There was no pressure during the sale, and they went out of their way to do the deal.

A straightforward buying process at Motortrust, and we are pleased with the Mercedes A-Class and the service.

I previously had a Peugeot 3008, so I wanted to keep the same car, just a newer version. It was Rizwan who I dealt with on the day, and he was fantastic.

I’m happy with the Peugeot 3008. I was also happy with the customer service and my dealings with Tom at Motor Trust. The only thing I would mention is I went to collect the car and was asked to pay a handling fee that I wasn’t aware of, as I used an agent through the loan company that sourced the car for me. I explained that I hadn’t been informed about the payment. There was some confusion about whether that information had been passed on. After speaking with the relevant people, I was refunded a couple of weeks later. Other than that issue, it was a good experience overall.

I think it was Paul that I dealt with at Motortrust Bury whilst purchasing the Kia Picanto. I got no issues, and based on our experience, I'd recommend them to others.

I purchased a Peugeot 3008 back in April, and the experience was good, the car has been fine. The only issue I had was the A/C needed to be regassed, which they did pay the cost for in the end, which was good.
